Hard the rate, not sure how the rest of the place is, but when you go in with the internet and you are looking for the best deal, you find a good deal and then they change the internet price with you sitting there in the salesman booth by 3000 dollars. I didn't think of it until I left, but that it fine they do not have my business.
Jennifer made the experience of purchasing my 2018 Honda Accord EX-L fun and exciting. She took extra time to connect and answer all of my questions. First of all, didn't have any idea that I would be driving off the lot in a brand new 2019 Kia Soul. Mr. James Lawrence service was outstanding!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great deal!! The Hendricks lot itself was stellar!!
Bar-none, this was the best experience purchasing a vehicle. I didn't even have to enter the dealership! Found the exact car I wanted on-line, contacted the dealer, worked with James on a few phone calls and took possession of the car the next day, even brought the car to me and picked up my trade. Terrific customer service, I missed initialing one of the papers, and he brought it to me the next day at my office. This is my second car purchased @ Hendrick Kia, and this was an awesome experience. Thanks James!

I detest the idea of having to go through the process of buying a car. However, Bob (Robert Sturgill) made my experience of car buying easier than thought possible. He is very personable, kind, attentive and kept the experience light and humorous. I appreciate that he took the time to really listened to my concerns and criteria about buying a car. I traded my 2006 Nissan Altima in for a 2015 Kia optima. Thank you to the awesome people that helped me. I recommend Lindsey Kerley, Shane Watson and Sharlene Cacciatore for getting me into my dream car. Me and my man Alex loves it. James is incredibly thorough, really listen to my budget needs and what I like and dislike about various vehicles Once we found my car , which I totally love (The Cadenza) and highly recommend). it was very quick to get finance,trade in and out the door in record timing. He is super friendly,honest and has won me over and I recommend if you are going to Kia, ask for James! Sorry Kia if James leaves I will follow him!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Came in to buy a car. Worked with Tristan and Mike.. seriously nice guys! Made the buying process enjoyable and fun! Then we left and realized hours later we left our garage door opener in our trade in. I emailed Mike to let him know I would swing by .. within minutes he replied that he had it and to drop in when I could. When I finally made it in neither Mike nor Tristan were there but another staff member knew exactly where it was etc. Talk about communication!! Great service and great guys! Oh and we love our new car!
I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
i do not like the car buying process, but josh weaver and dennis penn actually made it pleasant. they answered all my questions from beginning to end and even after the sale. no high pressure tactics employed or misleading information given. i simply stated my needs and preferences and they went to work finding a great deal and exceeding my expectations. i was kept informed of what was happening in each step. this is my second car from them and i would buy there again.
The buying process at this Hyundai dealership was above and beyond what I expected. The staff was friendly and they had a lot of cars
