Went in to try to replace my car when mine was totaled. Was greeted at the door asked what I was looking for and any specific features. Josh was awesome. Was able to get me in a new vehicle that day. They even were able to call enterprise and have them pick up my rental from them so I did t have to make multiple trips and could leave with my new car. Great experience.
I want thank my salesman Tone for everything. He tried to put me into a new Toyota, but the timing wasn't right. Cause a lot of things have change int eh past few years. So I told Tone that i will hold off for now on getting a new Toyota. And he was very understandable about my decision. So I bought out my lease and I will see him in a few years when things have changed. Thanks for everything Tone. And tell Ryan thanks again for all his help.

I have dealt with a lot of salesman in my time and I have to say Ed made this process totally effortless. He went above and beyond by finding the right SUV for me and knowing everything about it. He was so nice. He went out of his way to get me what I wanted for my trade. He even gave me a gift just because. I have never left a dealership by hugging my salesman but I just had to do it! Ask for Ed if you visit Lincoln of Ganley. You won't be diaappointed. I may stop in just to say hi. When do you say that? Loved my whole experience.
I purchased a used vehicle that I found online. I emailed them initially about it and got a call back from Laurel right away. She was super great on the phone and worked through all the questions I had. It didn't take but a day to work out all the details and I booked a flight to come pick it up (I'm in St. Louis). She picked me up from the airport (on her day off even) and made sure everything went through before she left. Couldn't be happier with the experience and I would recommend them highly.
Frank, the salesman, was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Brett the finance guy was great at explaining everything and even Brian the manager was very friendly and kept checking on us. The whole experience was very easy. I would recommend the dealership to anyone seeking a good quality car from knowledgeable friendly people.
This was my 3rd vehicle lease from Mentor Kia, and my second from Dave Clark. He's the man! He's good about communicating with you, returning calls, and keeping you informed. He makes sure I'm a nice car every few years! Everyone I worked with has been very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The cars are extremely reliable, well-equipped, and well-built . Not a single problem in all these years! They do a great job of making sure you understand the features, and they respect your time by getting you in and out quickly. The buying process is very smooth and organized. I'll definitely buy from Mentor Kia again! Thanks again guys!
The car wash is not a car wash they just spray it down! This was my first car dealership experience,and Mike was very helpful and pleasant he make you feel like one of the family and family and safety was his priority and save money.
