I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. I cannot recommend this dealership—and specifically Chris Rodriguez—highly enough. If I could give this experience six stars, I would. I was originally looking to purchase a truck locally in California, but after interacting with Chris, I decided to take a chance on a 2024 F-250 all the way from Texas because it was in better condition. Buying a vehicle from out of state adds a lot of "what-ifs" and logistical complications, but Chris is the sole reason this sale happened. From start to finish, he went above and beyond. He was incredibly responsive to every question and concern I had, never leaving me in the dark. He had the paperwork buttoned up perfectly and managed to get the truck shipped out in astonishingly short time. He did exactly what he said he would do, every step of the way. What really impressed me was how he handled the curveballs. We faced some significant challenges, including a compressed timeframe from start to finish, plus a major headache at the 11th hour when the local AutoNation dealership on my end somehow managed to lose my check, which complicated the entire process. Despite those setbacks, Chris made the experience as easy as possible and kept everything on track. If only every car-buying experience could be this seamless and professional. Couldn't be more pleased overall.

2025 Kia K4 review
I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma today and was beyond pleased with the experience. I used the Costco Auto Program and was contacted by Ruben Puente quickly. He provided me the Costco price (which was great btw) and provided me trade in figures quickly via email. This was super helpful as I leave 2 hours away and wanted to make sure all the numbers were buttoned up before I made the trip down. Unfortunately Ruben was off today but answered his cell phone and arranged for his peer Lee Makarwich to help me when I arrived. They coordinated well and Lee had the Tacoma cleaned up and ready for me to check out upon my arrival. Lee went to bat for me with a discrepancy with the value of one of my trade ins and made sure I got the deal I was expecting. He was very professional and took great care to make sure everything was explained properly and that I was taken care of. Kevin Tran, the Finance Manager, listened to my needs and offered a great solution for my long term ownership satisfaction.
