Excellent sales department very knowledgeable and helpful I was very happy with my experience and purchased a 2021 Tundra Crewmax
2023 Kia K5 review
Too early to rate reliability, but so far I'm loving my 2023 K5 GT-Line. I absolutely love the styling and interior, though the seats are not the best I've been in (though not bad), and I have a hard time seeing the turn signal indicators even with the wheel tilted all the way up (I'm 5' 11"). Power with the base engine is adequate, and I'm thrilled that it does NOT have a CVT - it's got a good old torque converter-style 8 speed transmission. Gas mileage is better than rated by the EPA. Good tech and a very good set of safety features. I few nits to pick, but overall for the price I feel this is the best value in a sedan on the market today. Did I mention I love the styling?

2022 Kia K5 review
Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I have consistently experienced at your dealership. Since 2020, I have been purchasing Kia vehicles, and what keeps me coming back to Airport Kia of Naples is the exemplary service provided by your team. In particular, I want to commend Mike Dent, the General Manager, whose leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Additionally, Andres Cuesta, the product specialist, deserves special recognition. His extensive knowledge and expertise with Kia products were instrumental in addressing all of my questions and concerns before purchasing my new 2027 Kia Telluride SX. Andres provided a thorough and informative walkthrough of the redesigned Telluride, highlighting all its features in a way that made me feel confident and excited about my purchase. The professionalism, patience, and genuine care exhibited by the entire staff created an environment that is welcoming, pressure-free, and family-oriented. Furthermore, the dealership itself is always impeccably clean and organized, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience every time I visit. This combination of excellent management, knowledgeable sales staff, and a well-maintained facility has earned my trust and loyalty. I am thrilled with my new Telluride and look forward to continuing my relationship with Airport Kia of Naples in the future. I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

Easy no hassle way to purchase a vehicle. No surprises with fees and prices are less than most dealerships for comparable vehicles
2025 Kia K5 review
I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

Giving Zack, my service rep, five stars for the very professional way he kept me informed at each stage and went the extra mile with the warranty company to get approval so the repair could be made in a timely fashion for me. I appreciate his professional and friendly manner. Many others in the service area and show room area could take a lesson from Zack. Smile and let people know you are there to serve. Bring back that very freindly enviroment that Fucillo KIA use to have.

For the money, probably the best car I've owned. For the price, value for dollar, it's unbeatable. Excellent safety features, great fuel economy, unbeatable warranty, and comfortable. An amazingly quiet ride, bettering many that cost twice as much. I think it looks great too, especially with the 18" wheels

Love the selection Aaron helped us make a decision. Good guy that Aaron he was very knowledgeable and patient with us.
2023 Kia K5 review
I purchased a 2023 K5 GT (GT1 package) with the upgraded engine with approximately 290HP. The car is well worth the money, as it’s priced very competitively with cars in the same class with similar features and horsepower. The car is under 40K fully loaded. Pertaining to that price point, It was difficult finding a car with the following features: surround view camera, panoramic sunroof, satellite navigation, HomeLink, ventilated seats, power driver and passenger seats, back seat vents for heats and cooling, sensing trunk open, remote start (not app only, but on key fob). This car has all those features for under 40K! Plus, it’s fun to drive, looks nice with quad exhaust tips and the chestnut brown interrupt. And the car has full LED lights…even inside the cabin. It’s a great value, good looking, and fun car to drive.

Kia of Fort Myers review
I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

My wife and I extremely enjoy our new 2024 K5 Ex purchased courtesy’s of Waylan Hubbard sales representative and the LAWTON KIA TEAM in OKLAHOMA. We especially enjoy the KIA Access mobile remote options! The gas mileage, reliability, performance modes, luxury, Bose stereo system, interior & exterior design is beyond words! I would recommend this automobile over Cadillac, Lexus, and Jaguar being a previous owner of each including the 1998 Concours Deville and 2003 Escalade. The 2024 K5 rates a 4.9 by TruCar ratings over the 2024 Tesla Model 3 receiving a 4.5 rating, also over the 2024 Cadillac CT4 receiving a 4.6 rating. Our Black K5 Ex with Lexani Diablo rims and low profile tires added can be viewed courtesy of Audio City USA website in the search gallery option. Thank you once again Lawton KIA and Audio City USA!

Absolutely one of the best experiences my husband and I have had. The service department is amazing. Organized. Honest. Efficient. Great communicators. I love my Kia K5 Gt Line! White with Red Interior which was hard to find. I traded my Hyundai Elantra because we travel a lot and our backs hurt. Now I enjoyed my Elantra but the K5 has the larger bolsters on the seats and it rides great being a mid size! Our 10 hour trips once a month are much easier now! Styling is great and all the options and safety features are awesome! Plus the full warranty can’t be beat! Thanks Bedford Kia for finding my car!

2021 Kia K5 review
A lot of people complain about the pirelli tires going bad too soon and brakes also. I personally had no issues with either one. The tires lasted well beyond their mileage rating and brakes didn't need replacement until after 4.5 years. I have had pretty much zero issues with my gt-line. People need to realize that these are not race cars and quit driving them like they are racecars and tires and brakes might last a little longer.

2022 Kia K5 review
This is my 3rd KIA I have owed. They all have been excellent cars and mechanically sound including my K-5 except for my 2015 Kia Forte which which threw a piston rod. This was related to a recall which occurred in 2014 on the engine that was in my forte I believe and had the same symptoms as was described in recall. I was not granted a credit for that car which was upsetting. Other than that I am very happy with my Kia’s and my K-5.

Plattner Labelle FordReviews
Plattner Labelle Ford review
I bought a Ford Maverick from Labelle ford, in 2023. At the time I promised I would get my car serviced even though it is 40 miles from my home in Fort Myers. On Friday I brought my car for a recall and an oil change. I was very disappointed that the assistant service manager lied to me and didn't even bother to show up for work. I wanted to cancel my appointment because Sam Galloway Ford called me and begged me to bring the car there. Ralph the district service manager and stepped in and promised me that he and Andrea the service manager would walk my car through the recall issue totally. Ralph was great, he even gave me his personal cell phone number, to give him a call whenever I bring my car for service, and he will make sure the car gets treated with respect. Thanks to Ralph and Andrea, I will continue to highly recommend the drive from all my friends in Fort Myers, IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE TO LABELLE.

I am a repeat customer of Sunset Kia. I met with another dealership that advertised specials. Sunset Kia was hands down a better bargain. My salesman, Andy Washington, listened, did not push, ultimately he suggested vehicles within my budget. I purchased one of those vehicles. I am very happy with my purchase, the experience, and my salesman.
