Such good people here that help out willingly. Every time they have solved my issues in a timely manner. My tire pressure sensor lit up three miles after a tire rotation. I took the car back the next day and they repaired it with no fee. Awesome service. I feel welcome and taken care of.

Kelly Mac was very helpful, she helped us actually find a good deal. She wasn’t deceptive, she was Kind, gave us options, she wasn’t pushy, she was knowledgeable, and helped us make our own decisions. She really fought for us just to have a decent deal on a car. Very great person!

The internet manager and staff did a wonderful job in setting up appointments, finding the right car and communicating.
2024 Kia Niro review
I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

Robert Lemon helped us buy a Kia Sportage today. He was amazing! We were there for many hours and he was so patient in helping us find the right car in the color that we wanted. He brought up several cars for us to test drive to and/or to look at. He was so good with us. When we finally made the decision as to which car to buy, it went very quickly. Robert put forth so much effort in making us feel happy and satisfied, and showing us how the car worked…(we’re older people ha!) We were so pleased. The whole experience could not have been better. Thank you to Robert Lemmon!! We highly recommend going to Mark Kia. By the way, we went to several other Kia dealerships and had the best service here.

DCH Honda of Temecula review
I recently purchased a 2023 Accord EX and had assistance from Martin and Evan. Both of them were extremely helpful and negotiating the price was painless. I've seen a few negative reviews about bait-n-switch tactics and pressure on purchasing extended warranties. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. The ability to negotiate is a powerful tool and both Martin and Evan were very respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely continue doing business with them in the future!

The car buying experience was pleasant. The test drive was enhanced by having the salesman explain the various features of the car. I received a follow-up call to schedule an appointment to spend an hour with the tech specialist to review the features again and answer any questions I may have about the car.

I had the best experience yesterday at the Kia dealership! Phil Fry was "the one" who got me the best deal and put up with me all day? He wasn't only professional, personable, but very down to earth and a pleasure to be around! He didn't force me on my decision, but was very knowledgeable in every aspect so that I could make the right decision. I'm so happy with my purchase! Thanks again Kia and Phil Fry!

Car Pros Kia Glendale review
There is a reason that this Kia dealership is #1 in the entire country! I am ABSOLUTELY amazed at how professional, well-informed, kind, and accommodating the entire Kia team is. Today I went in to switch out my lease, and was directly assisted by Rick who I have been speaking with for over a month now and been keeping me updated with all the upcoming deals. I finally had the chance to check out some cars and was helped out by Rick at every step of the process to find the perfect car. I left the dealership with a brand new K5 GT Line, with a fabulous price that we were able to work out together with the help of their awesome general manager, Mohamed Kharboush. I also have to thank Assem who assisted with finding the best price, and Jack from finance who were extremely helpful during signing all the final forms. THANK YOU KIA GLENDALE FOR ANOTHER AWESOME LEASE!!
