Kia of Fort MyersReviews
Kia of Fort Myers review
I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

NYE Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
NYE Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Zach is GREAT!! He was so easy to get along with and super knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and met every expectation I had, not only in the vehicle I wanted but what I expected from a salesperson as well! I would definitely recommend NYE Jeep of Oneida. Ask for Zach!
2024 Kia Seltos review
I love my cute little Seltos! As a minivan mom of 19 years, it's been fun to switch it up. It has a sporty look yet is still practical enough to let my teenagers drive it. A couple things I wish the Seltos had that my basic minivan had (and probably available in other models): The driver side window doesn't roll up all the way without me holding onto the button the whole time. Definitely not a deal breaker, but I guess I used it in the van because I keep trying to do it in the Seltos. My biggest complaint is about SiriusXM. I know cars are starting to not even offer it, so I should be happy I still have it. My no frills, basic minivan's Sirius radio had it where you could select from three different screens. 1: The station name 2: The artist name 3: The song name. I loved being able to see a list of 6 artists per screen with 4 different screens and selecting the artist I wanted to listen to. It also let me save up to 40 of my favorite artists/songs, and whenever that artist or song played, it would let me know and I could switch stations to listen to. I used this often. The Seltos does not offer this. I can just see a list of stations playing. Of course I can see what artist and song are playing on the station I'm currently on, but it doesn't show me what's playing on the other stations. If anyone knows how to change this, let me know! I've spent quite a lot of time looking into this. This may be the end of my Sirius subscription because of this set up. Anyway, aside from the radio, I'm thoroughly enjoying my new ride and would recommend it to anyone!

Car Pros Kia GlendaleReviews
Car Pros Kia Glendale review
I’m the client for this location for the last 12 years and although there are other different cars in the market , I always go with Kia and the only reason is that this place has the best and most reliable service department. They are simply the best, for them you are not just a subject to bill, they listen they try to find a way to make you more comfortable and less effected by costs. All of this is happening because of the service manager Mr. Raymond ! He is the guy that you want to take over your issues and concerns about your vehicle in a very professional and human way that is possible. If you are tired and anxious about how you got treated in other locations please just visit this place for once even for a simple oil change and you will thank me later. Thank you guys and specially Mr. Raymond for all you are doing there🙏🙏👍👍

We bought our last 5 vehicles from Outten Chevrolet in Hamburg, PA and honestly, I wouldn't look anywhere else. They've always been honest and upfront with us and they try very hard to make the customers experience as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend them! By the way, ask for Dan. Bachetti's Auto Sales review
I just bought my new used car at Bachettis in Sheffield Mass. A venture I did not want to partake! Then I met "Art" the salesman. With his honesty & humor, my dreaded task turned into being a pleasure!!! LeeAnn who works the front desk & did the final paperwork she went over a few things with me, with a smile on her face. So, if your looking for a used car & want it to be a friendly no pressure experience then I strongly suggest to take a trip to Bachettis auto sales! Thanks Bachettis !

A truly outstanding car buying experience with Izzy. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. She demonstrated and surprised me excellent product knowledge and walked me through all the features of the car I was interested in. The entire transaction was transparent, quick, and painless, with no last-minute surprises on the price. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and comfortable with my decision. The customer service I received from Izzy was 5-star all the way. I highly recommend her and there staff at Arcadia Chevrolet Buick dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I bought a car at this dealership a couple of months ago two days ago the computer screen on the dash went black. I wasn’t very happy. I took it to them yesterday.but cars are complicated these days and xxxx happens. I put it in at 8:30 and by 430 everything was fixed. Everybody at this dealership has been so nice to me. I can’t begin to tell you. I am going to talk them up all the time and Zach was great yesterday the service man I spoke with. Got a courtesy ride from a very nice lady, (sorry forgot her name) to my house and picked up and back over to the dealership. Great place to buy a car.

KIA dealership was most helpful and honest. The price they quoted was what it cost and the work was done in a timely manner. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Stevens Creek KiaReviews
Stevens Creek Kia review
We leased our first Sorento back in October 2017 from Stevens Creek KIA and have since leased two additional SUVs. We have since upgraded to a KIA Telluride. All of our vehicles have been continually maintained through the dealership. Our experiences with the service department have been excellent, each and every visit. It is always easy to schedule a convenient appointment. Daniel and Paul are very knowledgeable and I appreciate that they have been able to aid us in keeping our vehicles well-maintained without paying for unnecessary parts or services. I find that our car is always finished well before the promised time. I love that my car is always cleaned after being serviced. As a busy mom I really can’t keep up with car washes so I really appreciate how it is pristine after my service visit.
