Excellent initial communication via email and text. Test drove a car very quickly. Car was in very good condition. Everyone was very attentive, helpful and informative. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was happy with the terms of my potential trade. However, an issue with the DMV prevented me from continuing until I go and update license. Albert even offered to have someone from the dealership drive me to Snydersville! A very generous offer that surprised me. A special thanks to Oleg who was very gracious and helpful to me.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

Adorable! I was so excited when I got my Kia Soul, it’s my second Kia product I had purchased which fits my budget. I noticed my soul had recalls, happy that there bein taking care off.. I love Driving it in the snow, lil Tank.

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

When I bought my Kia Soul in 2019, I wasn't expecting much. It already had 55K+ miles on it, and it was a crossover vehicle, which I'd never owned(I always owned cars!). I have to admit, I've been pleasantly surprised for the most part. I do wish it got better gas mileage around town, but it does have great pick-up, lots of interior room, and a nice-looking exterior. Att 73K+ miles now, I've yet to have a mechanical problem.

Right now I'm experiencing front end problems when I mash my brakes I'm getting loud crackling sounds and I'm trying to get it fixed I don't know if it's the brakes or the front end or something else I don't know

There was a little confusion at first, the address was for the detail lot, a quick call solved that problem. The Ram 1500 I was to buy was not up to my expectations. I did see another one that was acceptable to me and it was 1198.00 lower than the one I looked at. A over night letter with a check for the overpayment arrived the next morning! Over all a positive transaction.

Although the car I wanted went to Auction the day I was to look at it, the sales associate was great. Still looking for 2010/2011 synergy green Camaro SS. All help appreciated.

Such a GREAT experience, we came back for a second vehicle. Mickey Dolan was kind, patient, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. I have always been skeptical of dealerships, but I have been really pleased with my experience here. In and out quickly and not shuffled all over the place, like what happens at the big name dealers. I still have a few things to tie up with them, but so far I will give a 4 star. The wait time when I first got there and the detailing wasn't as good as I'd have liked. As far as the salesman and financing they were professional, helpful, and had wonderful bed side manners. They did an excellent job. The pricing on the used vehicle I purchased was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

It was a wonderful experience with Scott and Mathew as my sales men they where clear and understanding of what I wanted and needed and they worked hard to get it for me I’m thankful everything went smoothly. I love my truck , I would recommend them because I have bought cars from them in the past and also my family.

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

Great service experience. Their drive-in service shop is clean and efficient. The service advisor Dillon met me as I drove up. Talked to me about service and my concerns. I waited in their waiting room, coffee was great. They finished in less than an hour and a half. Love Maxwell Ford there in south Austin.

I purchased this new, 2025 vehicle at BMW of Las Vegas. The dealership took about a month to find and deliver a vehicle with my requested options - not a problem. I traded in a Tesla model S. The entire process went smoothly with one exception that I will mention below. The X5 hybrid is outstanding - tons of features, very comfortable and fun to drive. Solid and very well built. It does not have the blast-off feel of the Tesla but it is plenty quick for normal driving. My only complaint is that it came with a Level 1 charging cord. I have a 240 volt plug in the garage for the Tesla and solar panels on our roof. The Level 1 charge (a regular wall plug) takes about 20 hours for a full charge from zero. This is unacceptable. A plug-in hybrid at this price should come with a Level 2 charger and an adapter for other port designs, like for Tesla charging stations. Fortunately, BMW of Las Vegas sent me a Level 2 adapter at their expense to address this complaint. Nice work!

Thanks for a great team effort from Ben, Orlando, Jose, and Price. The 2001 Mustang convertible I bought in mid-July 2024 runs excellent after 500 miles of city and freeway driving. Prior to offering the Mustang for sale, the dealership performed a safety and mechanical inspection, plus cleaned the exterior and interior. My test drive at city and freeway speed demonstrated to me that the car had been cared for properly by all previous owners.
