Elgin KiaReviews
Elgin Kia review
I worked with Kostya Reznik, who worked very hard for my business. He knew I was looking for a very specific used vehicle, and he checked in with me every couple of weeks to answer questions and update me on inventory. In the end, I did not buy from him, but he earned my respect nonetheless. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, thoughtful, and respectful. He will work hard for you. I ended up purchasing a pre-certified Kia Niro PHEV from another dealer, but if I were shopping new inventory, Kostya would be my first call.
2023 Kia Sportage review
after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Wheels by RTReviews
Wheels by RT review
We had a great experience with Wheels by RT and especially with Terry Burke. We started just with looking online and calling with questions. Terry was very helpful and even helped us find something better than we had originally been looking at. He was attentive when we called and helpful when we came in for a test drive. We especially appreciated that he was not too aggressive in his sales approach but was very professional. In addition, even after the sale, he followed up by asking us how everything was going. We were very happy with the entire experience and would definitely consider buying from Wheels by RT again. As a side note, we also appreciated that we didn't have to worry about price negotiation as they price the cars as low as they can. Not feeling like we had to haggle was great.

My sales rep Caroline was awesome, very happy with new car and experience at dealership.
2023 Kia Sportage review
I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

Russ Darrow MitsubishiReviews
Russ Darrow Mitsubishi review
My wife and I found the slightly-used Nissan Leaf at Cars.com and were sure that's what we wanted. But we didn't want to drive to Waukesha from West Bend, so we went to the WB Nissan dealership, also part of the Russ Darrow empire, and people communicated and cooperated and the next day the Leaf showed up in West Bend, we took it for a spin, and we're now its happy owners. So a big Kudos for the friendly and helpful sharing of resources. Beats defending your turf(s) anytime.

Russ Darrow Mazda of GreenfieldReviews
Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield, and it’s all thanks to Jason and Nick. From start to finish, they were transparent, professional, and incredibly helpful. Jason took the time to walk me through every detail of the vehicle I was interested in. There was no pressure, no gimmicks—just honest answers and a genuine willingness to help. Nick was equally outstanding, explaining the financing options clearly and ensuring I understood all the terms. Their customer service is truly top-tier. You can tell they care more about building relationships than just making sales. I left feeling confident, respected, and thrilled with my purchase. If you’re in the market for a new or used Mazda—or just want to work with people who value honesty and transparency—go see Jason and Nick at Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield. You won’t regret it!

We had a great experience, we were in & out. the process was flawless. Ramon, my sales person went above & beyond to help / show us the particulars with gauges and how to use. Andre the Sales manager was extremely helpful with the options and buying process. Mike in financing finished the process and was just as smooth as Ramon & Andre. Met Benny the sales manager. they made us feel like family by the time we left !!

Service writer Fabian was very helpful and patient and gave me good advice. Warranty repair took about an hour and a half; had hoped it would have been shorter. Dealer did listen to my suggestion to turn down TV volume and it made waiting much nicer - thanks for that.
