King Kia review
My problem was with the AI contact point at King. Stupid me, I thought Olivia King was a person, and I emailed "her" several times with requests. Before I went in, cars.com asked me to review "her" and the email included a photo of a woman, again making me think I was dealing with a human. When I went in, I asked to speak with her, and was finally told she didn't exist. But was I embarrassed and did I feel stupid! It was very deceptive. And this is not how you want a customer to feel when you're selling something. You need to make it clear up front that the email contact is an AI contact, and any salesperson will be there to help at appointment time. Other than that, it was a good experience. King even allowed the car to be driven 33 miles to my mechanic for an inspection. That's extraordinary. The car was in good shape, and we closed after returning from the inspection.
2026 Kia Sportage review
Honestly one of the best vehicles I’ve owned so far. My Kia Sportage has been super reliable, comfortable on long drives, and surprisingly good on gas. The interior feels modern and spacious, and the ride is smooth whether I’m driving around town or on the highway. Haven’t had any major issues with it and it’s been a great daily driver overall. Definitely recommend it if you want something practical that still looks nice and feels good to drive.

2018 Kia Sportage review
I own 4 Kias now. I traded two Kias (189K and 150K) in for newer models. Say what you want, these are great cars (except the Seltos, its just dumb). You get way more for the money than in other vehicles. Some have issues, but all were resolved quickly with Kia. (Even their stupid choice to have no theft protection on some older models) Don't listen to the internet "experts", these are nice cars, well worth the price and nice to drive.

Chevy Chase Acura review
Chevy Chase Acura was on my insurance company recommended body shop list which was great because I like to use a body shop related to my brand of vehicle (Honda) and they also performed scheduled maintenance on my vehicle I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle and everyone was pleasantly accommodating. I highly recommend their service and body shop departments for your vehicle. By the way I used to be a Chevy Chase Chevrolet customer the Acura dealership replaced.
2022 Kia Sportage review
Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

I brought my car in for regular oil change and tire rotation, and met the new Service Manager, Andrew. He was more than prompt on opening up on time, kept me informed when his 2nd tech was running late, showed me my air filter because he thought it should be changed and went over my entire list of what they did to my car with me. Most of all, he was polite, respectful and an excellent new Service Manager!
2026 Kia Sportage review
I purchased 2026 KIA SPORTAGE and I absolutely, positively love the car. The electronics is intuitive and a joy to use! The vehicle is also easy to handle. My KIA has all the bell and whistles one would expect in a much more expensive car. Test drive one and you will fall in love just the way I did!

AutoDot review
Very easy process. We were treated in a fair and straightforward manner. Did not feel pressured. Oz and Hypatia were very pleasant and we felt that we were given a fair deal. Recommend.
2016 Kia Sportage review
I purchased one four months ago. Mixed opinions. It was a great deal that I couldn´t pass on it. 128K miles but with new engine just 11K miles old for $3,500. It is a gasoline 2.4 liter. Why the engine was changed? Because of oil leak. But because of that I have no oil problems so far, but I am aware that people complain about oil issues. Other than that, interior space may be small, particularly if you are mid to big size. I am a short guy, and I have to bend a little my head to get in and out. Cargo space is less than what you can expect. And as others remark, visibility is also an issue, windows too high, wide blind spots, lateral windows tint at night... But on the right hand, this thing is powerful and easy to drive and maneuver. It runs smooth, transmission is smooth... no issues about the driving experience. You feel good driving it. Not excellent on gas, but fair enough. So it depends on your circumstances and expectances.

I had a great experience purchasing 2018 Audi A6 Premium Plus with very low mileage at 45,907 Great condition. Black exterior/black interior. This car was for my son 17 years. His first car. Worked with Sales Person Mustapha Elsoukie. He was very professional, transparent and very easy to work with. We picked up the car and the Delivery Person named Darwin was awesome. He explained everything and showed my son different features of the car. The car was professionally detailed and had new tires. It looked like new. The dealership Products and Services are highly recommended. Thanks.
2024 Kia Sportage review
Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL

Nova Cars LLC review
We were shopping online for a second car. We found one that we liked at Nova Cars. We live about 4 hours away so we had a lot of questions. Michael, the owner was very helpful in making our decision to come test drive the car. The experience was very comfortable, no pressure and no big sales pitch. There was one thing we didn't see in the pictures, Gerardo our sales representative, helped us with that and the conclusion was very fair! We also had a small problem on the way home and they took care of that too. The deal was exactly what we were told plus they took care of us after the sale, they didn't have to do anything. It was sold as is with no warranty. Michael and Gerardo are fine people. I will recommend this dealership to everyone who wants a fair deal. Thanks again my friends!!!

When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. I’ll also add the finance department was wonderful as well - clearly explained all options and wasn’t pushy about extras. Would recommend Maks to anyone looking to buy a Kia!

Safford Mazda SterlingReviews
Safford Mazda Sterling review
I had an excellent experience working with Eddie throughout my car-buying journey. For nearly six months, he was incredibly patient and supportive as I searched for the right vehicle, whether new or pre-owned. Even when we couldn't find the perfect match right away, Eddie stayed in touch and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities that fit my needs. Making such a significant purchase was not an easy decision for me, but Eddie never pressured me. He took the time to answer my questions, provide honest information, and help me feel comfortable throughout the process. The price negotiation was straightforward, efficient, and focused on finding a fair deal without wasting time. What really stood out was Eddie's communication. He was always responsive, both before and after the sale, and continued to answer my questions even after I had purchased the vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda vehicles is impressive, and his great sense of humor made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If I ever need another Mazda in the future, Eddie will be the first person I contact. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful salesperson.

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

Jim Coleman Toyota review
I sold my car to Jim Coleman Toyota, and I had a fantastic experience! Salesperson Jonathan Wear was very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. He helped and assisted me in the sale while showing flexibility with the terms of our contract, speeding up the payment to accommodate my needs. Jonathan went the extra mile by bringing me the check in person the same day. Thank you, Jonathan, for making my sale such a pleasant experience and for your attentiveness to my special needs. I would definitely go back to Jim Coleman Toyota!

I was always been interested in the Smart Car and I found it at CarMax, I got a good deal on it, I love it and I turn heads with it! Thank You!
2017 Kia Sportage review
My 2017 has 38,000 miles on it and not one service call, other than normal maintenance. It's one of the quietest cars I've driven, including some newer and the ride is outstanding. The 2.4 engine deliver and amazing amount of power when you need it and highways speeds are quiet and comfortable. Admittedly, I'm a Kia fan boy, mostly due to this car. I would always recommend a Kia product

Charles Butts was excellent! My daughter bought her first car and it was a smooth and relatively quick process. We found the car in the website and purchased the next day.
2023 Kia Sportage review
I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

Heritage Hyundai TowsonReviews
Heritage Hyundai Towson review
Heritage Hyundai of Towson provided amazing assistance in helping us by our new vehicle. We worked directly with Ayala to review inventory, pricing and schedule a test drive. We were drawn in because they were so easy to work with and motivated to help us. After the test drive, it was a seamless transition to financing and then out to our new, detailed truck! A big shout out also to Davon for helping us get this process started! Everyone - everyone - worked as a team at this dealership and that makes everything go smoother (and fast)! We will look to Heritage Hyundai when we replace our second vehicle because of this attention to detail and care. Thanks again to the entire staff for making it such a great experience!
2020 Kia Sportage review
I started with a 2010 KIA Forte and absolutely loved it. I now have a 2020 KIA Sportage and love this as well. The quality and performance of the KIA far outweighs any cars I previously owned; especially the warranty. I love the all wheel drive. The fact it seats 5 comfortably is perfect for me, and the back seat folds down for extra storage. The sportage is a very smart looking vehicle as well as functional. It is very easy to drive and just the right size. You can't go wrong with a KIA.

DARCARS Nissan of College Park review
This was a great experience. I’ve been shopping for a while and most of the dealerships had very annoying “high-pressure” nonsense and we’re not transparent about the cost of the vehicle and the fees. I don’t have the patience for that. Lupe was very thoughtful, communicative, collaborative and was just great. Mimi worked with me on the price and the warranty package. I was surprised thatI had such a good experience experience and feel very good about the vehicle and the two of them.
2026 Kia Sportage review
2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

I love my Kia Sportage. Now my oil light is coming on, have been through a couple of recalls one being it catching on fire. Now I'm just wondering what's happening with this oil light coming on. I have to take it to Kia to see what's going on. I have 144,000 miles on it now. Hopefully this is a easy fix. My husband thinks it's the oil sensor.

J.B.A. Kia review
I had a fantastic experience with Walter (dealer) and all the employees. The loan process was great, easy, and was very simple to follow and understand. I felt VERY comfortable with everyone there, everyone was very hospitable too. They checked to see if I was thirsty or wanted a snack. It was busy Saturday but every single person working there had a smile on their face and said hi as they walked by. I'm extremely pleased with the car I bought and walter, my dealer, made sure I was satisfied with the deal, and my trade in. I highly recommend this dealership whether you're buying a used or new car!! Thank you Walter and the entire staff.
2017 Kia Sportage review
I purchased a good deal, but it turned out that it had an almost brand new engine, so the deal was much better. Why the new engine? Because the old one was leaking oil. Yes, oil leaks and oil consumption is the major issue people on this car, I had read about it. As having a new engine, I don´t have the issue yet, but I am aware, and I care the oil. Other than that, it provides power and it is reliable. On the left hand, the habitability and visibility in the interior is not the best to say something. To enter I have to bend my head down a bit, and I am a short guy. Also, at high speeds, it is not very stable on the steering; you need to grab the steering wheel and correct a little bit. In summary, I am happy because of what I got for very cheap. But for a regular price, it wouldn´t be my first option, nor the last one either.

Was very impressed with service done to car. We were gotten in and taken care of in timely manner.
2023 Kia Sportage review
after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Cool and awesome staff amazing service from the cashier Danielle I love Honda amazing experience
2020 Kia Sportage review
First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car
