The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I?ve made over the years. Thank you Jeannie and team for genuinely exceeding my expectations, by a lot!
2023 Kia Forte review
Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

2026 Kia Sorento review
I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here and ask for Chuka!! He goes above and beyond!
2023 Kia Sorento review
My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

2024 Kia Telluride review
Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

2023 Kia Telluride review
I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

2021 Kia Telluride review
Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

2023 Kia Sorento review
I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

2024 Kia Telluride review
It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

2023 Kia Telluride review
We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. The car is used for commuting and we put over 18,000 miles on our cars per year. After test-driving four vehicles we set our eyes on the Telluride and waited MONTHS for a model to appear. Purchased the car from Nutley Kia (NJ) and had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and realize WHY we fell in love with the vehicle, to begin with. 2025 Kia Sorento review
There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

2021 Kia Sorento review
THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

2023 Kia Telluride review
This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks Mark and JBA Auto!
2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

I had a terrific experience at this dealership! I was very nervous going into this whole process as this was the first time ever buying a new car by myself. I had recently just had my previous car totaled by the insurance company unfortunately and needed to get a new car. (RIP to my Nissan Versa) I researched the car and trim level/features I wanted and then found dealers in my state that had the specific car I was looking for. I then weeded out the dealers that had poor reputations online. Nissan of Bowie had a good reputation online and also had the cheapest listing online for the exact car I was looking for (a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV with Cold Weather Package.) I showed up and met a salesman named Perfection. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact car that was listed online available anymore but they were able to find one elsewhere and get it over to their dealership in a timely manner. Perfection and the sales manager were able to offer me a fantastic rate for the car and were very easy to work with. I did go visit another dealership before I pulled the trigger on the car at Bowie just to get a sense of what other places were offering and to get a little bit of leverage to negotiate. I did not have a good experience with the other dealership despite them offering me a slightly better price, about $200 less than what Bowie ended up agreeing to. The sales manager was very intimidating and not very friendly so I ended up going back to Bowie and we got a deal done. Perfection was very kind and patient with me as I struggled with several technical difficulties trying to fill out the paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. He managed to make the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible, given the circumstances. The sales manager was also very reasonable and was willing to work with me to get a fantastic deal. Finally I’d like to thank the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. He was fantastic and a really cool dude. I had difficulty making payment at first because my bank daily withdrawal limit was way below my down payment. It took forever to get my bank to raise the limit and then even longer to get the transaction to go through. He was incredibly kind and patient with me about the whole thing and I got to speak with him a little bit about life and past experiences and whatnot while we waited on hold forever with my bank to get their act together. (For those inexperienced at buying cars like I was, either make sure your bank cards daily limit withdrawal limits are high enough for what you plan to spend before you go to the dealership, or bring a checkbook or cash lol. Put 38,000 miles on in two yrs. No issues at all. Get 30 mpg in city, and 42 on the road on a 2.5 191 hp. Engine.

2017 Kia Sorento review
I have owned a 2017 Kia Sorento EX 4-cylinder turbo with the Premium package for around seven years now, and have been impressed with the ride, the mileage (up to the high 20's on the highway-fully loaded!), and the durability of the interior. We have used it to snowbird to Fl every year. With the second seat down, the car has great storage capacity, and with the spare tire mounted underneath the car, and no third row seat, there is additional secure storage under the cargo mat. We bought the car used with around 24,000 miles with an extended warranty (up to 100,000 miles), and besides the routine brake and tire renewals, have had few issues, besides a transaxle that leaked and was replaced under the extended warranty. Kia has had issues with the 4-cylinder turbo engine (as had other car brands)! and, as a result, a few years ago extended the powertrain warranty for the engine from 100,000 to 150,000 miles. On the way back from FL. in May we noticed a loss in power, pulled off the highway near Columbia, SC and had the car towed to a Kia dealership on that Saturday evening. The short version here is that after renting a car and returning to NJ, we initiated discussions with the SC dealer to qualify our car for the 150k warranty, which after a week or two were successful. The engine was repaired and a new turbocharger, starter motor, and intake cylinder were also installed at no additional cost to us. We decided to have the car delivered back to NJ. The message here is that if you decide to purchase a used Kia with a 4-cylinder turbo engine, be sure to have the engine thoroughly evaluated, particularly if you are considering a vehicle with 100,000 miles or more. And, if you currently own one and the engine fails, be sure to maintain good service records, get your car diagnosed by Kia, and patiently prepare for a lengthy discussion with the upper Kia echelon to ensure that your repair is covered under warranty. Given the delay in the repair of our Sorento, we needed to purchase another Kia, here in NJ - a 2023 Telluride. We still own the 2017 Kia Sorento, and have it listed for 13,750 dollars on the Cars.com site. Given the engine improvements, it should provide many more miles to the new owner.

2022 Kia Telluride review
I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.
