Just a note I posted on Reddit concerning dealerships: Almost all of my dealership experiences have been awful. But my latest experience with Spitzer KIA in Cleveland was exactly the opposite. I traveled from Buffalo to look at 2 2024 and 2 2025 Tellurides. I wanted a V6 so 27s were out. All 4 vehicles were extremely clean. I was treated wonderful by a non commission salesman (Andrew). I decided on 1 vehicle, it was a great price to begin with, EX-XLINE, with trailer hitch and wiring, 18k miles, super clean for just about $41k. I was searching on line and a pop-up kept coming up for $500 off a purchase so I grabbed it, and when I presented it, no issues at all, they dropped the price. I flew back a couple days later, they picked me up with no wait. I got a tutorial about all the electronics and got an additional 3000 points in KIA VIP points good at any dealership. They followed up a week later to see if I had any issues. Easily my best dealership experience ever. It's a shame they are to far to travel for anything because I would stay loyal. Alexis the internet liason was really helpful. Spitzer has a bunch of dealerships in Ohio and I believe PA, none in NY.

2025 Kia Soul review
Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

2013 Kia Forte review
I am in love with my koup sx. I bought it used almost a year ago with 187,000 on the vehicle and 104,000 with the replacement engine. From what I know the previous engine seized, but I’m not sure if it’s from the previous owner not taking care of it or if it was the car itself. With this engine however, the car has been running great. It’s a fast little car! The sound system is amazing, the speaker lights are cool, and the head and tail lights have a cool look. The pick up is great and very sporty for a Kia! It speeds up pretty quickly. Heated seats too! I’ve had many people mistake it for different car brands because of how different it looks. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments, especially when people enter the car. I did end up hitting a really bad pothole that damaged the cars rim. I honestly thought I totaled the car. The car took the damage really well, with only having the tire replaced and rim repaired. It didn’t need an alignment, didn’t take any damage to other wheel parts, and the axle was fine. The only issues I’ve had with my car is the driver heated seat went out randomly and wasn’t working. Wasn’t too stoked because that’s electrical. Somehow I fixed it. All I did was check all the interior fuses and it started working again lol. The starter and the connector to the starter wouldn’t hook together either. The gas cap also sets off the engine light, which I’ve replaced the cap 3 times. It doesn’t do it as often now after the third one, but sometimes does. All of these I think are age related and some of the parts were old when I bought the car. The only thing I don’t like about the car is the trunk when it rains hard. All the water collects in some area of the trunk door and pours into it when I open it. I recommend this car 100%.

2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I cannot say enough about my salesmen (David). I will be remised if I do not share one of the best experiences that I ever had while buying my 2024 Denali Ultimate 1500. David contacted me months before I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle. David and I created a build for a 2024 Denali Ultimate 3500 Dually. My experiences with him were so grand, that my wife wanted to deal with him in finding her the 1500 Denali Ultimate. We gravitate toward genuinely ?good people?, and David is one-of-a-kind. He answered all calls day/night. He has taken my calls even when he was off duty. Truth be told, David, was off the day I came to pick up my vehicle. He is extremely personable. He knows how to genuinely deal with people. I have been a Chevy/GMC man my entire life, and I have tried to test his knowledge even when it was not to my best interest; he stayed honest. He delivers not-so-good news like warm rain. We, as consumers, get so caught up in believing that we can ask for anything with the expectation that we are going to get it because WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. Some things are indeed out of a salesmen control. Some things may even be out of the control of the dealership and the General Motors Corporation itself, but David remained honest even when things could not go my way. He does so with class, and I admire that. Wherever he works, wherever he is selling automobiles, I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM DAVID. If he is selling Toyota, then I will buy a Tundra. If he is selling Dodge, then I will buy a RAM. If he is selling Ford, then I will buy the F series truck. Why, because David has taken the time to know what I need and what I like. That means something to me. I am certain that if David is selling it, then I will surely want to buy it! I especially like the way he trained his young apprentice (I can?t remember his name), but this young man called my wife and I twice during our 7-hr. drive home to ensure that we were traveling ok. Thank you, David. Thank you for being there for my wife and I. Thank you always taking my calls to answer the same questions repeatedly. Thank you for picking us up from the airport on your day off and providing us transportation to the dealership. Thank you for finding our truck, which was surely a needle in the haystack. Thank you giving my wife the experience of a lifetime ? this is her first brand new truck. Thank you for giving us one heck of a deal ? one that we can be proud of. I can?t wait until my 3500 Dually is ready for pickup. 2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

2022 Kia Soul review
I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.

2023 Kia Rio review
Sadly, this review won't be worth a hill of beans, as Kia has decided to no longer offer/make it in the USA. I wanted to replace an older (electric!) subcompact car with a new, full-warranty automobile that cost less than US$20k. The Rio checked all those boxes. Surprisingly, it's got some very nice features, like Apple CarPlay. My "S" model has 60/40 fold-down rear seats, keyless entry and a center console. For a small, 4-cylinder engine, the 1.6L, 120hp gets the job done. I use it for town driving, but I feel it would be comfortable on the road as well. And with 38mpg average, a 400 mile trip on one tank isn't out of the question. The back seat is large enough for my two grandchildren, and the front seats give me ample legroom and comfort. If this is what a "plain" daily driver goes for these days, I'd buy it again!
