The Kia Sedona is the most comfortable minivan for passengers. It's interior doesn't skimp on those who sit in the back. We have already had a computer issue though within the first 2500 miles as the door sensor kept beeping that it was open
Rich was so helpful and knowledgeable about our new van. Made a stressful buying situation easy and reassured us from start to finish! Will buy from him again for sure!! Funny and friendly!

This car is by far an excellent family car. 8 seater for a large family with alot of trunk space for those families on the go. Its roomy and very kid friendly. Automatic rear windows are a bonus on hot summer days! Spacious 3rd row that can fit adults comfortably. Drives smooth and handles really well. By far my faviourite van so far!!!
Rich is the BEST! He is professional and went above and beyond to help me. I really don't like the whole car buying process but Rich made it a breeze in minimal time. While I was visiting I had the opportunity to observe him helping other clients as well, and with such efficiency it didn't intrude on my time at all. It is clear he truly cares about his clients, and that was refreshing to see. Thank you Rich.

I’mMuscle car kinda guy, but my wife’s little 2016 Kia Forte is something else! I love the gas mileage it gets not to mention the hidden power when you put it in sports mode!
Had a good time talking about the differences in features, pricing and what i could expect out of my warranties and car performance. Gave me lots of good options and let me decide when i wanted to make a choice. Would definitely recommend

The base 2.4L GDI engine has plenty of pep. The vehicle rides well fully loaded (no change in suspension, handling, acceleration, etc). I would recommend this vehicle to anybody looking for a compact SUV (who has no need for a third row of seating).
My only frustration has been the difficulty of adding fog lamps. There is no wiring harness provided from the factory. This makes it impossible to have a true factory installation integrated into the steering wheel controls. It also makes an aftermarket installation expensive, as well.
We made a quick call, to ask about holding the car we found online. Rich Purdy was waiting for us. No pressure sales, and painless financing. They worked seamlessly with our credit union, and loaded us up with caffeine before we left. We're already discussing when it's time for our second vehicle to get traded in, we'll be going back to Rich at Kia of Puyallup!

Was reluctant to purchase a Kia, but after driving it I am very pleased with the handling of the car, the interior is comfortable and roomy and purchasing regular gas has put more money in my pocket. Love My Kia

With 3 kids we really have no choice but a minivan. The sedona seems to be the best on the market for the price. It seems from checking reviews and ratings, the other vans in this price just have too many service issues, whereas the sedona is very cheap to maintain.
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.

So reliable. Gas mileage is great. Trunk space is amazing. Had no issues going on 3 years now. Do wish I paid attention if there was Cruz control is my only complaint.

Not worth the money and check the value before you

I bought this car and am making huge payments on it, when I wanted to trade it in for something it wasn't even half the value of what it was worth, it was 17000 dollars and we have to pay 31000 because of interest which make our payments 445 a month and when we wanted something better they said if the car was in immaculate condition it would only be worth 7000 dollars like really. The first time we road it on the expressway we could hear the wind coming in from the outside, and then 2 months after driving it we needed coolant, come to find out 2 years later and when our warranty was almost up we had a bad water pump, I would prefer an older Pontiac sunfire because that car lasted me more than 400000 miles on it, I think this one will only last 150000 because at 61000 it seems the transmission is going bad already and it just seems like its about to fall apart do not get this car even if it's the only one you get approved for!

This car is great. It does so much ,and it does so much more than you expect a 2013 car to do. Also, it was already used and works as if it were brand new.
When in for an oil change and got all kinds of things done
and car washed and vacuumed.

Regular oil changes ~ battery. tires ~ brakes @ 40,0000mi
Kia and Hundai are famous for this gasoline smell and dealer service refuse to correct this problem or do not know how to. My daughter owned a Hyundai, had same problem ~ she got rid of it to, for same reason, gasoline smell in cabin very bad.
Biggest problem was gasoline smell inside the cabin, on hottest days here in Las Vegas ~ this was the major reason I traded it ~ bad gasoline smell!!!
Gamblin’s found a car from another dealer that I loved, so Gamblin’s got that car for me because i was set on that certain one! Their customer service is amazing and I always leave there feeling good about my purchase!

I went from a 2014 Chrysler 300 to this car and I can say it is way better and more reliable. More gas efficient and faster! People think it is small inside until I let them get in and the say "Wow". I love my Kia Soul!
I never been through such a smooth process in purchasing a vehicle. I would like to thank Adrian, the car salesman, no pressure, no haggling. It performs phenomenal drive like u are hovering on clouds picks up quick and inside or lord it’s like I’m driving something foriegn and the pano moon roof oh it’s to die for heated steering wheel I just wish it had remote start that would be the real cherry on top
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.

Nothing but problem after problem. Took them a week to tell me my starter and battery went out at the same time???? Now airbag light will not go off. Not their problem. Was not under the Recall. Purchased brand new!!!Nothing good to say about kia😥😥😥😥the worst vehicle ever!!!!
