Just got my fourth Kia from Lev Kia and it was another fantastic experience. Our sales rep, Ken Russian, is not only one of the most knowledgeable and hard-working guys there, but he is also one of the least pushy and nicest salesman I have met. In addition, the managers, finance guys, and especially the service department are all top notch and great people to work with. No doubt that I will be headed back there again when it's time to look for a new car, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality vehicle at a great price! Lev Kia is the best!
Purchasing a new car was very simple and straightforward. Ken was friendly and welcoming. He listened to what I was looking for and did not try to upsell. The offer on my trade-in was within the range from the rating sites that I had searched. The offer was explained to me in detail. When I wanted a different color in the model and trim level, they were able to get one for me. Peter took care of the financing and paperwork. He was thorough and explained everything. I needed a replacement vehicle and my credit was recovering from the Recession,Ken Russian got me an excellent rate on a loan, which made it possible for me to buy a used car (with only 100 miles on it) right off the showroom floor. I had my hyperactive son with me and they did not give me any looks when he jumped all over the showroom (I did warn him to stay away from the cars!). This dealership's professionalism is unparalleled. When I brought the car in for service, everyone was completely professional and again, understanding of the child situation. Everything was explained and all questions answered. I gladly drive from Worcester to Framingham for service because I know I'm getting the best.

Warren Rios and his service department staff repeatedly deliver outstanding customer service in every situation that I have been faced with. I have been a customer of Lev Kia for many years and have bought my last two cars at that dealership solely as a result of the sterling service that I receive in that area. I was suddenly without my vehicle this morning and was in a pretty good panic. Warren was able to take me right in, and have me up and running inside of one hour- and on my way to work. I cannot say enough what an asset that this service department, and in particular, Warren Rios is to this dealership. The entire service department staff is friendly and courteous and always willing to do whatever they can to have you back on the road and on your way as soon as possible. Ken and the sales team at Lev have always been great to work with over the years, this being the 4th vehicle we have bought from Lev. Never any pressure and always the best pricing.... even better than some of the KBB and TrueCar pricing I have seen by a healthy margin.

I recently purchased a new Kia Sorento from this dealer. I was extremely happy and completely satisfied with the entire experience. My salesperson, Tony was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, helpful and accessible. They found the car that I wanted and kept me in the loop during the process. The purchase process went very smoothly. The staff took plenty of time to go over the features with me and I am very satisfied.

I dealt with Ken Russian over the phone and was able to get the terms and all fees to purchase the vehicle I wanted . I had already done my research and needed no further input on the Nero PHEV . I had gone through the typical dealer abuse at the biggest dealer in the area and was fully fed up with Kia and was ready to buy another brand . I am glad I gave Lev a shot because they were everything the other dealer was not . Lev matched the price from the other dealer and sold me a vehicle with 3 more options at the same price . I arrived the next day and the car was waiting for me to test drive . Ken gave me all paperwork I would be signing and the time to read it sitting in my car . I went inside and signed the deal and everything went EXACTLY as Ken promised . No surprises and no hidden fees . What breath of fresh air . The dealer in Quincy should take a lesson from Lev on how to sell a car to a serious buyer who doesn't like the crazy sales tactics ! A first time Lev customer but definitely a repeat customer .
I love this dealership! Rebecca is absolutely amazing and so friendly and accommodating. She really helped when I was so indecisive about which car I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a car which I loved. All the other places I went to were too pushy, but not Hertz! Whole experience was great, and they were close by too!
This was the first time I actually bought a car on my own, Alex made me feel like it was not a big deal and that I would be OK, I don't think he realized it. I went from a huge Suburban to a much smaller car, he knew I was nervous, so when we went on our test drive it was great, as he explained what the car had to offer and made me feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to go work with him. Bruce is the same manager and also come over and talk to me and he was so kind and has a huge heart!
I came in on a Thursday to test drive a Kia niro. Joel met my wife and I with a big smile. He helped answer some questions on the new Kia niro I saw on the Tasca website. We took a test drive and liked it a lot. I have been researching different SUV options with hybrid technology. Car drove nice and smooth. Then I met a manager Bruce who was very friendly from the get go and got talking on my car trade in worth just to get an idea as to what it's worth. I never once felt pushed to have to buy anything. I told them my needs and they helped me. I talked to Bruce over the phone that night 5-6 times as he ran numbers to get me the monthly budget I needed to feel comfortable moving forward to purchase the car. 2 days later I signed the papers for the car with an unbelievable rate. I cannot say enough how Joel and Bruce made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. I had questions about the niro behind a hybrid and I wanted to look under the hood. Joel answered what he could and got me all the info I needed for the car who a little more familiar with some things I was asking. It was a pleasure to do business here.
Battles Nissan gave me terrific, timely, and personal family style service to test drive then buy the vehicle I needed. Hospitality and location is great, near the Cape Cod Bourne rotary just over the bridge. The staff worked well as a team, too, so that if one did not know certain information, they found other employees on site who could answer the question. Just like family. Thank you, Battles! i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.
When you go to buy a car, you always dread the car salesmen. This time was totally different. Joel was the perfect gentleman to deal with.
