I had an excellent experience working with Naomi during my car purchase. From the beginning, they were professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. The whole experience felt smooth and transparent, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend asking for Naomi if you’re looking for an stress-free and honest car buying experience.

2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque review
Purchased this Évoque in December 2025. Car had around $32k miles and looked brand new inside. Definitely feels luxurious. We especially love the heated seats in the back. Very easy and comfortable to drive. The roof is a tad lower than other SUVs we've had, so we had to get a little used to that, but it didn't take long. Very pleased with our selection and would recommend.

Just bought a 2019 and love it. Unfortunately it does NOT have heated seats which seems strange. Driving and maneuverability are a pleasure. In addition, I love the deep red color and the leather seats are still in great condition.

Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

David S, our Product Specialist, was pleasant and made you feel welcome. He is knowledgeable. He found the vehicle we were seeking without delay. The test drive let us experience the new Outback design. David answered all questions without reaching out to others proving his training to sell Subaru products was thorough and enabled Dave to give us confidence in him making the overall purchase a pleasure, not a challenge. David is an asset to this dealership and we hope management recognizes his potential going forward. We would definitely buy another vehicle from David. We are seniors and identify with honesty and integrity….. David has both. Thanks David Jeff N, the Sales Manager, appraised our trade- in and was forthright about our trade. We received a honest trade-in value. Jeff worked out the final cost of our new Subaru Outback Touring XT. We were impressed with Jeff’s attitude and ability to make things happen. He located our vehicle at another dealer. David and Jeff made it possible to see it the next day! Dave came in on his day off to ensure he was there when we looked at the car. I’m sure Jeff will play a big part in helping David develop his Product Specialist position. Jeff leads by example. Thanks Jeff Car buying has never been so pleasant!!

I reached out about a vehicle for my son. Bailey was quick to respond and was able to answer my questions. She connected me with Alex, who was an incredible salesman. Alex went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. He was professional and kind through the entire process. I was impressed with the whole experience. Every staff member we engaged with was professional and courteous. There was no stress and no pressure. My son is happy with his purchase. If was personally in the market for a new or new to me vehicle, I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Car Luxe Motors review
Car Luxe did amazing at purchasing a vehicle. Was honest on financing and made the stress of car purchasing at ease.
2015 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque review
I owned a 2012 that was a lemon and a 2015 that was awesome. I still loved both cars but the 2012 had all the first year issues, 2013 fixed half of them, 2014 fixed the last few, and the 2015 had no known issues. I have the 2-door and my only complaint would have to be high speed power. Up to 40 MPH it's a rocket but passing at 65+ it's gutless. Stereo is to die for. We loved the big pano-roof and it never got closed. Many compliments given and pictures taken by fans.

CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj

The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
Our salesman, Dan was great to work with. He was patient with our needs and we had an overall pleasant experience. Nice selection of vehicles as well as a clean and organized dealership.
2021 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque review
I enjoy driving this car. It has all the safety features I was looking for, and I appreciate the camera rear view mirror, along with the parking camera assist. I’m excited to try out the off-road features in a few months and think I could take this just about anywhere and be able to get back home. The various driving modes make this well-equipped.

2016 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque review
I bought this vehicle pre-owned with nearly 60,000 miles but the ride is still so comfortable and responsive. The luxurious seats and air suspension make it a joy to drive. So much power in a sub compact SUV and just enough room for storage. I highly recommend this vehicle as long as it is well maintained, you are less likely to suffer from problems related to neglect and avoid the expense.

Baha Auto Group review
I found some cars on their cars.com listing and called them about a few I had in mind. They were quick to send me videos and give me the breakdown of numbers. They definately were worth the trip. When I got there the financing terms were superb, almost identical to my own credit union. I couldn’t be happier

McGrath BMW of Elmhurst review
Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

carneed review
Very helpful with information and quickly provided the additional pictures i requested. Had made similar requests to other dealerhips and either got no response or excuses as to why they could not provide them. Otis and the staff at Carneed made it very simple which was very important to me as an out of state buyer, as soon as the paperwork was done he had already scheduled the shipment and the car was picked up within a day. In my past experiences it takes between 5-10 days for transportation so this was a very pleasant surprise. The car arrived and was exactly as they presented it which is not as common as you would hope so I would definitely use them again.

Auto Park ImportsReviews
Auto Park Imports review
I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne from Auto Park Imports, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. Nash was absolutely fantastic to work with. He made the entire process seamless, transparent, and actually enjoyable—which isn’t always the case with car buying! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Cayenne and took the time to ensure every detail was handled professionally. If you’re looking for a high-end vehicle and want a stress-free experience, I highly recommend asking for Nash. Love the new ride!

CarMax IndianapolisReviews
CarMax Indianapolis review
Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.
2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque review
I own the 2020 evoque base model. The tech is basic, not many bells and whistles for $43000.00. Its nice to look at, but not "impressive" in comfort or performance! The lag time off of the line is embarrassing too. Such hesitation is unacceptable! I wont say i regret the purchase, but look forward to my next car actually being fully loaded and quicker!

Fishers ImportsReviews
Fishers Imports review
recently purchased my dream car from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the sales team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained every detail about the vehicle, and even let me take it for an extended test drive. The selection on the lot was impressive, and they worked with me to find the perfect fit within my budget. The financing process was smooth and transparent — no hidden fees or surprises. Their service department also seems top-notch; I felt confident knowing my new car was thoroughly inspected and detailed before delivery. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit this dealership. Professional, honest, and customer-focused — exactly what car buying should be! I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle. Thank you to the whole team! 🚗💨
