They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. We just got our 2022 Defender from Land Rover Alexandria at the end of December and we love it! Previously had a Land Rover a few years back from a different Land Rover store and decided to try another brand after that one. The new Defender is absolutely is amazing! The whole buying process was very convenient for us with busy schedules. Normally, we spend an entire day trying to work out our car purchases and that's what we expected this time but it seemed to go very quickly. I know the Defender we bought is hard to get but we were able to reserve one that was already being built and sent to the dealership that worked for us so that cut out alot of the time (which was a great time saver since the dealership looked very-very busy the day we were there). We really thought the whole process was pain free and our salesperson was kind and very helpful and the manager in the back was friendly and also took time to help while our salesperson was getting our Defender ready for to take home. He apologized for how busy they were and mentioned they would be at a new much larger location just down the street in just a couple months. The apology was nice but really not needed since it was going much faster than we thought and we could tell the dealership needed a new place so we're looking forward to servicing at the new location. Only one hiccup about month later with the rear wiper not cleaning properly (only noticed an issue after all the ice and snowstorms) but the service team got it handled with a replacement wiper in a few minutes when I stopped by. Very happy with our experience and definitely recommend this dealership!

This has been my preferred dealership since I’ve owned my 2019 QX60 and I’ve posted a glowing Google review prior to today but I’m leaving another glowing review today. This morning I was leaving for work and my truck wouldn’t start even though my battery is a month old. I called the Service Center and was able to head straight there after jump starting my vehicle. After a thorough diagnostic we could pinpoint the issue or identify any computer codes pointing to the issue and instead of charging me for some random work or trying to make up reasons to perform work just to earn money, Ty Robinson (this is the service rep I always go to) was completely honest and has never steered me wrong when it comes to my vehicle. He kept me updated and informed and he’s always professional. I got a few minor things done since I was there anyway but really appreciated that, just like prior visits, I’m treated very well whether I spend a ton of money or none at all. I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
2019 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque review
Just bought a 2019 and love it. Unfortunately it does NOT have heated seats which seems strange. Driving and maneuverability are a pleasure. In addition, I love the deep red color and the leather seats are still in great condition.
