Porsche North MiamiReviews
Porsche North Miami review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a 2024 Porsche Macan GTS from Porsche North Miami and had an excellent experience. Since I live in North Carolina, the entire transaction was completed remotely. A special thank you to Marcus Mataya, my Sales Advisor, and Jason, the Sales Manager, for their professionalism, responsiveness, and patience throughout the process. They provided timely information, answered every question, and made the transaction smooth and enjoyable. I was especially impressed by the dealership’s attention to detail during the CPO process, including installing four new matching tires before delivery to ensure the vehicle met Porsche standards. Purchasing a vehicle from another state requires trust, and Porsche North Miami earned mine. I highly recommend Marcus, Jason, and the entire team. Thank you for making this one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I have had.

Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

Mercedes-Benz of Miami review
The sales staff were absolutely excellent, the service department is also excellent, The only caveat I would have is I would not recommend purchasing the insurance packages they offer on a new car. because I had to return my new car pretty much immediately for service, and they wouldn?t let me cancel one of the two packages I bought. They told me there?s absolutely no refunds, and even if you sell the car there?s no prorated refund once purchased.

Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek has a very good service department. We use Andrew Chisholm as our service advisor and always get very good service and attention from him. He provides good advice to keep our cars running properly. I would highly recommend this dealership.
2022 Land Rover Defender review
Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

I had an excellent experience with Miami Lakes Kia Service Center, thanks to Ethan Milan. I came in with battery issues, and although the cost was higher than I expected, Ethan took the time to explain the value behind the service and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ethan also informed me about the recalls that still need to be completed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. After seeing the newly renovated lobby, I will gladly return for future service visits. It's a comfortable space where I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. Thank you, Ethan, for the outstanding customer service and professionalism!

I drove to Florida, started having some trouble, I was told by another (Dealership) that I needed a new battery after having the battery checked out. I made an appointment to go to Lorenzo‘s buy a fantastic customer service young lady by the name of Yolie handled me very well as she assisted me very good customer service once I get there I will submit by Christopher who took my car who had my car taken in the back they tested. The battery said I needed a charge. They charged it up now. The battery is reading good so I thank God for the people that was there. There wasn’t trying to just take my money. I purchased a certified 2023 Range Rover Velar 2 years ago from a dealer with 7K miles and now have 29K miles. I have had zero issues and have been very happy with the purchase. The original owner had purchased 2 service contracts which will cover 4 years of my ownership. The local dealer has been exceptional.

A stunning vehicle, with great aesthetics, interior comfort, and finishes. I chose the P530 (V8) (Proven Engine & Drivetrain). Zero issues, but the software is a bit quirky and counterintuitive.

2023 Land Rover Defender review
I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

2016 Land Rover LR4 review
Good car the ride is great not perfect had a few things go bad but was covered under dealer warranty its a 2016 lr4 hse..love this suv. Yes it eats lots of gas and tires. The air suspension is great...it's very fast..I love the heavy feel when u driving it..it's like a tank... just the dealership mechanics not that good and the service guy trying to sell u any service if u let them very pushy...u can get work done at other rover places. And oil changes at jiffy lube if they have the tools...just avoid the dealership unless u have to go and have any warranty that's best best way to go if not it will cost u 1 to 2 thousand every time t breaks down...

They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
