My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is the first dealership I have been to that offers a life time warranty George was also very pleasant and personable. . It was over all a good experience

Ourisman LexusReviews
Ourisman Lexus review
I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.
2021 Lexus ES 350 review
I drive a 2021 Lexus ES350 FSport and am very pleased with the vehicle. Style is great, performance as well. I have owned many vehicles during my life, and this is the best of the bunch. My lease ends 12/23 and I intend to buy my vehicle at that time.

2021 Lexus ES 350 review
This car has 75,000 miles on it, and has NEVER had a single problem. The only times it was taken in to the dealer or to an auto shop were for routine maintence items and/or for normal periodic servicing (at 15K, 30k, 45k, and 60k miles). It is comfortable and well engineered. I have owned four Lexus cars, beginning with a 1993 SC300, which replaced my 1986 Mercedes 300E, which had a string of repair tickets almost as long as my arm.

Auto Fanatics review
I had an amazing experience at Auto Fanatics in Fredericksburg, Virginia!. After searching for the best used car dealership in Fredericksburg, I kept seeing Auto Fanatics come up, and now I understand why!!! From the moment I walked in, the team made the entire process smooth, transparent, and completely stresss-free. there was no pressure at all, which is reare when shopping for used cars. They took the time to explain everything clearly, from pricing to financing options, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I ended up purchasing a Honda, and the quality of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described online. It's clear that Auto Fanatics takes pride in offering reliable, accident-free vehicles at fair prices. What really stood out to me was their honesty and customer-first approach. They genuinely care about helping you find the right car rather than just making a sale. That level of transparency is why I would confidently say Auto Fanatics is the best used car dealership in Fredericksburg, Virginia. If you are looking for used cars, Hondas near me, or a dealership you can trust in Fredericksburg or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend Auto Fanatics. I'll definitely be coming back for my next vehicle and recommending them to all my friends and family!!!!!

The screeching sound when the electronic parking brake is activated is very annoying. Hopefully engineers can fix this issue. Several other newer Lexus models also make the noise.
