Every thing I was looking for in a car comes equipped with all standard things hardly any uncessary maintenance needed I will buy only lexus now
Bought a car here a couple of weeks ago. The place was very busy, I knew what I wanted and Eric was kind enough to get me in and out in less than a half an hour. It would have been less than that but we got to talking. He's a great guy, everyone there is super nice. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.

What's there not to like, soft ride, good acceleration and braking, fit and finish is second to none, mechanically similar to Avalon, easy and cheap to get it fixed if needed. Uses regular unleaded which is big plus. One of the best warranties out there although I doubt you'll be needing it, very reliable.
Excellent setting and no hassle purchase and dealing with Edgar. Very surprised to experience such a smooth handling of vehicle purchase at an EXCELLENT dealership in this day and age. Mike in Finance was superb and so easy going gentlemen! Came away with excellent customer experience so much so that we would visit this dealership again for vehicle purchase even though it an hours way away!!

This car has everything I was looking for. I am pleased with the design. It drives and handles great and is comfortable inside with excellent storage in the trunk.

I would not buy it again. The new Fords as well as the BMW's and other ares are more focused on innovation and user needs. Even Lexus Navigation maps are very out of date and they refuse to use Google as a source.
Howard meron guided me as to how to access and work the many features on my NX. I was struggling and very unhappy with the car. He helped me by illustrating the features and how to work them. He did this in a very relaxed manner without rushing through things so I was able to absorb the information he was so helpful.
Came back to the vehicle I love.

Had leased 5 Lexus ES in the past and decided to try something different. After owning another brand for 1 1/2 years, came back to a 2015 ES cpo. Its the most comfortable car on the planet and best Value for the money in my opinion. Am recently retired and service and maintenance costs have always been low.

I just bought a Lexus car and I must share my experience.. Nate Boma and Ric Santos This are most amazing salesman???s I???ve ever met.. and I met quite a few. They are so NOT aggressive, they???re so patience and friendly. They try their best to match your expectations and explain every step of the way. Great performance and enjoyable driving sedan. Lexus has definitely got it right. I have owned several Lexus sedans and this is my favorite from the stand point of affordability, performance, and space for all our needs.
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Very smooth ride, handles well, very easy to drive, excellent front and back lights, very good power. Very good technology. Can not beat a Toyota for longevity and reliability.
Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...

i bought this car brand new and have really met all my expectations. The only thing is that Lexus are proud of their vehicles that is why you pay for the price. I traded this in now for a Lexus GX460. Once you have own a Lexus, you will never buy other vehicles.
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.

I traveled from CT on 7/14 to view a BMW Z3M 2000 Auto Showcase picked me up and dropped me off at the airport.(thanks Miles)When I got to the showroom the cat was ready for the test drive.(lots of fun)There was no pressure to buy but I did. Incredible ride, unquestioned reliability, fit and finish is impeccable. I have no issues with the controversial joystick-based infotainment system, styling is good, not great. will be trading for a ?19. I buy based on the dealers as much as the car, Lexus treats customers the way they expect to be treated!
I worked with With Emily back in August to replace my truck, she was great. This week my mom needed to replace her car. Love having Lexus, they are always good as usual. Only issue with this car is their wipers. In heavy rain when you try to run them fast the passenger side wiper start making noise and if you kept running it will stop and you will end up using only one wiper. I had to take to the mechanic and they fix it in minutes but still its an issue. Secondly they have compact inner console too much, if you put something in the front cup holder you are unable to access buttons on the dash board. Rest everything is great and awesome in this car.
The dealership is very impressive - clean, well-lit and modern, with a fantastic refreshment area. Mark Malak was our sales rep and he was fantastic. Honest, fair and a genuine pleasure with whom to work - I will be recommending him to anybody who needs a Lexus in the Western suburbs. We closed our deal in less than an hour. Unfortunately, we must have arrived at the busiest time of the day because we had to wait over two hours to meet with the finance person. Joe Castillo was pleasant, but I was more than a little disappointed that he tried to tag me with an interest rate that was more than 1.5% over market - and was not even going to point it out before having me sign the final contract. When I threatened to walk out and obtain my own private financing, the rate magically dropped 1.4%. Joe did do a good job of explaining the other "finance" options - e.g., extended warranty, prepaid maintenance, gap insurance, etc. and was not overly pushy.
Couple of disappointments

This is my 5th Lexus ES (2018 ES 350). Excellent car. Never had a problem with any of them. However I do have some gripes. They are management related, not a fault of the car. For the 1st year, I was able to use the remote cellphone app which enabled me to check my car's location, start the car remotely, etc. After the 1st year the remote app stopped working & I was told I could pay a monthly fee to reactivate it. This rubs me the wrong way. That app should be included for as long as the 1st owner has the car. The other gripe I have is the remote start would work from the key fob by pressing a specific key sequence. That also stopped working after the 1st year. Even when it did work, the car would shut off as soon as you opened a door. That doesn't make sense. The problem this causes is that I have a one-car garage. I keep the Lexus in the garage so it is not a huge issue. However my wife has a Lincoln SUV which we keep parked outside. We live in PA where winters can be cold. My wife uses the remote starter all the time. She will be trading her car in next year & I suggested she get a Lexus SUV. She said absolutely not because she can't live without the remote starter Especially one that turns off when you open a door. Most definitely a LOST SALE.
Nestor was awesome. Beautiful dealership and nice purchase experience.. The car is very reliable. Whereas the Audi A6 I also looked at is in a recall and can???t be sold.
Lexus is the only car I will ever buy.

The only car for dependabity and quality for the money. I would not consider another car after buying my first Lexus almost 20 years ago.
