I was looking for a newer used Mazda, but Tim Lawton found me a new one on my budget. I wanted a certain style and color, and he found exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with the customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I saw where some on complained about a top rattle. This is a no brainer Super Easy fix if needed. Open the top about half way, and you’ll see 6 hooks that hold the top in place. Wrap each hook on the bottom flat part with Duct tape and your top will never make a sound again. The notion that you have to have the top adjusted every few years is A Big loaf of Bologna! No truth to that at all. They keep taking this guy for a pocket full every time they see him coming!

Lexus of Wesley ChapelReviews
Lexus of Wesley Chapel review
I had the pleasure of purchasing a certified pre-owned 2021 Lexus ES 350, and I can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I initially reached out to my awesome service advisor, Deven Roman, and explained that I needed to purchase another Lexus as soon as possible. Deven connected me with Johnny Millaway, and Johnny reached out to me almost immediately to get the process started. Johnny looked into a couple of vehicles that I was considering and invited me to the dealership to take a closer look and test drive them. When I arrived, he had already pulled the cars around front and had them lined up and ready for me. I really appreciated that because it showed me that he had taken the time to prepare before I even got there. After the test drives, I decided which vehicle I wanted, and Johnny handled everything from there. I came back two days later to purchase the car, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the experience very easy. From beginning the purchase to completing all of the paperwork, everything took about an hour. Sami Keraa handled the finance portion of the transaction, and he was also great to work with. The finance office is usually my least favorite part of buying a car because of the pressure that can sometimes come with purchasing add-ons. Sami was not like that at all. He was extremely pleasant, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I got exactly what I was interested in without making me feel pressured into anything else. I have bought quite a few cars over the years, and I can genuinely say that this was my best car-buying experience ever. A huge thank you to Johnny, Deven, Sami, and the entire Lexus of Wesley Chapel family for making the entire experience such a great one. I truly appreciate your help and professionalism!
2015 Lexus IS 250C review
I searched for this exact year, make, model and color combo for a couple of years. I had to have a convertible hardtop (because of my lack of garage space) with a light interior and a red exterior. Lexus was my first choice, Infinity was my second. Once I test drove the Lexus, I knew there would be no other car for me. While it isn't particularly powerful, it does have enough get-up to get out of its own way. The seats are very plush and comfy, the power roof opens and closes very quickly, the steering is very tight and responsive, it feels like a sports car. For me, it was the perfect balance of luxury and class, with a bit of unexpected sass. I love nothing more than dropping the top and taking the long way home along the coast.

2013 Lexus IS 250C review
This particular model is black with a red leather interior. The hardtop convertible works quietly, smoothly and quickly . With the top up interior noise is at a minimum. This vehicle has memory seats on both front seats which is very convenient. Getting into the back seat is made easier by a powered seat that comes forward to let the rear passenger get into the back easier. Rear leg room is at a premium so put your tall passenger up front! It comes with a navigation system. Push button ignition. The car came with a remainder of factory warranty. The car delivers a great ride on the road and is fun to drive.

I'm 6 foot 4 inches and I have to say...I fit well in this IS250C and comfortably. It handles corners super well and has pick up when needed. The outer body is very sporty and with my add on's such as sport spoiler, and new LED headlights, and side trims, this car looks super sporty. The interior is nice and i upgraded it so now it looks as modern as most new lexus cars. A must buy even today.

Quality Inventory here! Went to several used car lots and Affinity had the best vehicles by far. Sales manager and our salesman Milton were great in finding us a great interest rate to help keep our payments down. Only disappointment is purchase price was $500 more than we discussed to close deal and Doc fees were more than usual. Recommended but be sure to confirm pricing at signing.
2013 Lexus IS 250C review
This car is the convertible built for us. The hard top convertible is what we wanted. The reliability of a Lexus was number 1 though. The top opens and closes faster than the Infiniti convertible (or at least in 2013). Plus more trunk room. It is economical on gas and has enough power for me (I don't race, lol)

MemberCar is outstanding. I recently bought a used car and the service I got from Rob was great. I was not pressured and they made me feel comfortable, which is important when dealing with people. I went to many other places to shop for a car and none of them made me feel comfortable or have a good friendly attitude. MemberCar is on my list for another used car in the future because they care about thier customers. Thanks to everyone.

Maybe I'm easy to please...but I doubt it. I bought this vehicle for my wife, and to be honest I tried driving it every chance I got. The hard top convertible is amazingly quiet, impressively functional (opened & closed in 7 seconds), and just all around amazing. I've never enjoyed driving a convrtible (road noise) until we purchased this vehicle. Great handling with the top up or down. Great product all around. We regret that we traded it in a couple of years ago. Should have kept it.

Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky review
I went there for a routine service call and the level of professional service was first class from the three employees I came in contact with. The video of my inspection and showing me what I should get done while I was there will save me another trip

CarGet Motors review
As an active-duty U.S. Marine, I don't have time to waste on the typical back-and-forth games that usually come with buying a vehicle. From the moment I walked in, this team showed the utmost respect for my service, my time, and my budget. The entire environment was highly professional, efficient, and straightforward, which is exactly what I look for in any business transaction. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Daniel, who went completely above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He took the time to understand my specific needs as a service member and made sure the process was completely transparent from start to finish. Daniel didn't just try to sell me a car; he genuinely looked out for my best interests and made sure I felt valued as a customer. When it came down to the paperwork, they gave me the absolute best deal and the most competitive figures I have ever seen. Daniel and the finance team worked seamlessly to maximize my military benefits and secure rates that fit perfectly within my financial goals. There were no hidden fees, no sudden shifts in price, and no high-pressure tactics—just honest, top-tier numbers. If you are in the military—or anyone who appreciates honesty and elite customer service—I highly recommend coming here and asking for Daniel. They treat our military community like family and deliver on their promises without the headache. This was hands-down the smoothest and most rewarding dealership experience I have ever had.

I contacted the Lexus dealership helping one of my sons who is looking at a Lexus NX...Yoko took the call and provided exceptional customer service and information to help us with the process...where most dealerships rely on AI or call centers, it was refreshing to talk with a professional who was both knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions...definitely 5-star quality and service...thank you Yoko, for your time and assistance with the buying experience!

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently had the pleasure of working with Zarvo Motors for a custom vehicle purchase, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Finding the exact specifications for a vehicle can often be a stressful process, but this dealership made it completely seamless. Their professionalism, welcoming atmosphere, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident from the moment I first reached out. I traveled all the way from Baltimore, MD, and the trip was entirely worth it thanks to Jason, who handled my custom order on a Lexus GS. Jason listened attentively to exactly what I wanted and made sure every single detail and preference was accurately captured. His deep knowledge of the vehicle and the ordering process kept me informed and confident that my car was in the best possible hands. Throughout the waiting period, Jason provided exceptional long-distance communication and regular updates on the status of my build. He was always transparent, highly responsive, and readily available to answer any questions I had from afar. It was incredibly reassuring to work with an advisor who genuinely cared about delivering a perfect vehicle and ensuring a smooth transaction. When the Lexus GS finally arrived, it was absolutely flawless and exactly as I had envisioned. The handover process at Zarvo Motors was quick, efficient, and thoroughly enjoyable, making my trip back to Baltimore a memorable one. I cannot recommend Zarvo Motors and Jason highly enough to anyone looking for a premium, hassle-free car buying experience.

2014 Lexus IS 250C review
I am satisfied with my decision to buy a Lexus vs a porsche. Japanese commitment to quality control and bright red leather seats were the sales points for me. 1 odd thing tho, with this 2014 IS250C, I am confused whether this is a 2nd or 3rd gen. You'd think that the year of manufacturing would determine which was what, but the convertible seems to have been the exception and all IS-C's are 2nd generation.
