Lexus of Maplewood review
I love my Lexus, Maplewood has very attentive sales people. I visited 4 times and every time they treated me very well, even though the first 3 times i wasn’t buying anything. I finally found my dream car. Couldn’t be happier. Courtney my sales rep was great, she even dropped my car off after the wrap was done. I highly recommend this dealership.

AutoNation Toyota Winter Park review
Brought my 2023 Toyota Rav4 in for routine service. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM and I was in the service line just a few minutes and met by a service advisor. He was very pleasant and professional and explained to me what items would be checked on my car. He listened and answered a couple of questions that I had. He then walked me to the waiting area where I could get a free cup of black coffee. He checked on me several times during my wait.

This car is everything I had hoped that it would be! Reading the Owner's Manual at this point but I am not disappointed -- not as complex as the Flight Manual for a TA-4 but it's close! It does not have an ejection seat.

I had a really great experience with Carshop.com in Hatfield. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The price is the price. JP our sales rep was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all our questions without any pressure. They made it easy to find a vehicle that fit our family needs and budget, and I felt supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience, I’d definitely recommend giving Carshop a try.

Lexus of Lakeway review
Car buying can be stressful, but the experience with this dealership and PJ was a breeze! PJ was clear and consistent and there were no surprises. He delivered on all of his commitments and made sure that when I came in to complete the purchase it all went smoothly. I had my 9 year old daughter with me and he even made it special for her! I drove all the way from Houston just to purchase from this dealership and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Love my new TX and love the process of working with Lexus of Lakeway!
2019 Lexus RX 350L review
First Lexus I have owned (RX350L--AWD/Premium). Absolute pleasure to drive, smooth riding, very responsive, very quiet, very comfortable, more than enough quick power. Very pleasing to the eye. Third row seating is for small children or pets only but with those seats down there is very decent cargo space which the non-L version doesn't provide. Once familiar with the Remote Touch Interface it is easy to use and not the frustration many reviews suggest and in fact using it one doesn't have the distraction of reaching over to touch a screen. Super nice vehicle. If a bit bigger might live in it.

Kiki and Alex (tire manager) were awesome from the start. Arranged a smooth drop off, a loaner from Ivan (very appropriate choice as well - X5), quick and efficient repairs were done. Thanks team! Pleasure doing business with yall!

Park Place Lexus Grapevine review
I would like to say that we were just out to look at cars and we’re not 100% sure that we would buy one. But Randall Hood was so great, informative, answered all our questions with patience that we did end up buying it. He is complete opposite of typical car sales person. Dealership is lucky to have him.
2018 Lexus RX 350L review
The car is amazing. The technology that comes with it is top notch, the third row is roomy enough for my 7years and has its own climate control. I would recommend it

Van Chevrolet review
The salesman John Pacheco was AMAZING and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and made the experience smooth. I felt at home and I recently lost my mom to cancer and shared that with him he was empathetic and just listened to me speak about her. In the business that he is in human kindness is important and he showed just that.

I have always owned a Lexus. This RX-350 is an exceptional vehicle in all aspects except one. The GPS is not optimal. Everything else about the vehicle is great.

Roseville Hyundai review
Had a really pleasant car purchase experience with Rachel. She was personable and easy to talk with and she was very knowledgeable of the cars. Finance experience was also a very pleasant experience and Damien was great to talk and work with. The trade in negotiation and final sales price was the usual experience you would expect during a car purchase process.
