He keeps me informed as to what is going on with my vehicle including texts, video updates and when my vehicle is ready which I never got before working with him. He always makes sure my questions are answered. I am glad to have him as my go to person at Johnson Lexus because my initial experience with my prior go to person was not good. I almost felt invisible back then with this person who apparently was not interested in making my experience a positive one.(Veronica) I began to dread coming for car maintenance which took so long just for me to leave my vehicle and pick up a requested loaner. I live an hour and a half away so time is always of the essence when I come to Johnson Lexus. However, this is not the case with Andreas; he is always on point! Thanks Andreas!!! 2024 Lexus RX 500h review
Great car! I love the exterior styling and the interior has a very high end feel and look to it. Quality everywhere you look. The features are amazing, too many to list. Performance is very good, quick and handles very well. Gas milage is better than expected due to the Hybrid. Overall I love this car and highly recommend.
