Lexus of Wichita review
Sheri Stafford was amazing to work with! She's very personable, and prompt at communication. Being out of state, she kept me updated on my vehicle while waiting for it to arrive at the dealership. Then once it arrived, she emailed me videos and purchase information so the buying process went smoothly. I flew to Wichita and drove my car back home. When at the dealership I noticed all the employees work so well together to create a great buying experience for their customers. Managers Scott and Erick were super helpful in completing the purchase from the finance side. Thank you!

Bought a new Lexus from this dealership. Our experience was wonderful. Mina helped us from the beginning to the end. We felt very welcomed and got one of the best deal from this dealership. I compared our OTD price to reddit forum, we were lucky with the deal we got. Ask for Mina when you visit this dealer, you won't be disappointed

I would highly recommend Jeff, Bob, and Lexus of Jacksonville to anyone looking to purchase an automobile.

Palm Springs NissanReviews
Palm Springs Nissan review
Do not trust the verbal agreements made by the sales team at Palm Springs Nissan.I purchased a used 2020 Nissan Altima here on June 25, 2026, from salesman Alfredo R. The vehicle was delivered with only one key fob. Alfredo explicitly promised me that the previous owner was returning the second key and that he would ship it directly to my residence. Three months later, I have received absolutely nothing. When I followed up to resolve this, I spoke with Manager Alex Gonzalez, whose response was entirely unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of honoring the commitment made by his sales team, he evaded accountability by stating "used cars just come like that." He then attempted to turn their unfulfilled promise into a sales pitch, claiming a replacement key costs $600 but offering a "discount" to sell me one.A manager’s job is to ensure integrity, honor team commitments, and resolve customer issues fairly—not to exploit a salesman's empty promise to extract more money from a customer. Alex Gonzalez showed a complete lack of leadership and customer service. I highly recommend taking your business to a dealership that values honesty and stands behind their word.

Jaguar Land Rover Riverside review
I dealt with Aaron . After buying many Range Rovers over the years this was by far the most professional, enjoyable , super slick buying process. The car needed a few details corrected as you want as a buyer the car to be mint. He delivered it on time and I couldn’t stop smiling. The car exceeded my expectations from the presentation to the detail work I wanted. Buying cars can be a long stressful day. This was a joy. This dealership should be commended. Added bonus lovely lady serving delicious coffee and croissant. Epic experience
