Amazing hassle free purchase!!!!!! Sales consultant Vinayagan "V" was great. He hand delivered the car to our driveway. Saved us so much time. Wonderful to work with. Ken, sales manager was the best. Made things happen and quickly from his office to our home. This was the quickest, most convenient, best service experience we have ever experienced when purchasing a car without leaving the comfort of our home. Saved everyone a lot of time with our busy schedules. Highly recommend Monterey Lexus!!!!!

I’ve purchased over 30 cars and this was by far the best experience. Everyone on the phones were so pleasant and helpful. The sales staff and finance team were all top notch. I called from out of state and had some questions that were answered quickly and professionally. I flew in the next day and was offered a ride from the airport. My car was sitting out front, ready to go, when I arrived. I was on the road back home in less than 30 minutes and couldn’t have been happier. Thanks everyone for a great experience!

Finding the perfect car these days can be a challenge but working with the team at Monterey Lexus made it easy. V is a wonderful salesman and was so easy to work with. My car was very much in demand and V and Ken the manager made a great deal and delivered just what I hoped for. I highly recommend V and the Monterey dealership to anyone looking for the perfect car.

Eric is a subject matter expert on his products. He explained the features on their new car, allowed an ample test drive, answered all of their questions, treated them like they were guests in his home. Very professional and hospitable. He delivered an Excellent Customer Experience. He gave my friends a tour of the dealership, introduced them to their new service advisor, John Dean, and made the Parks Lexus experience fun and memorable. Call Eric Baskette. Lexus Of Orland review
My car, a 2013 RX350, was scheduled for a 100,000 check up. My service rep, Efren, attended to my appointment in an efficient and friendly manner. I felt very comfortable with him. He was a pleasure to interact with.

Lexus of Louisville review
Our experience yesterday in purchasing a gently used (mileage was 9000) 2021 Lexus RX350 was AMAZING! Our salesman, Bill Marshall, was so knowledgeable about the features of the car and was happy to answer any and all questions. He conducted the entire transaction in a manner that could not have gone more smoothly. The business manager, Jeani Britton, exhibited the same high quality of experience! She was awesome, as well. It was probably the best car-buying experience we have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership and the two people instrumental in helping us achieve our goal yesterday, Bill and Jeani.

Lexus of Louisville review
I have to say, buying a new vehicle has never been this enjoyable! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care — and that made all the difference. Khol, my salesman, was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, never once making me feel pressured or rushed. His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and he walked me through every feature and option with patience and enthusiasm. Khol has a natural ability to make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. He made the selection process fun, stress-free, and exciting — exactly how buying a new vehicle should feel! Once we moved into the finance office, Jeanni continued that same incredible experience. She was thorough, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. Jeanni explained every detail of the paperwork clearly and made sure I fully understood everything before signing. There were no surprises, no confusing fine print — just honest, straightforward communication. Her warm personality and efficiency turned what is typically the most stressful part of the car-buying process into a completely smooth and comfortable experience. Together, Khol and Jeanni are a dream team. Their professionalism, positivity, and dedication to the customer created an experience I will not soon forget. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will absolutely be returning — and sending everyone I know their way! 10 out of 10 — thank you, Khol and Jeanni!

Harvey Cadillac Lexus and Auto OutletReviews
Harvey Cadillac Lexus and Auto Outlet review
This is truly a 5-star dealership-Lexus is the only part I’ve dealt with. Their facility is beautiful & immaculately clean. The employees are 10 out of 10 Stars. They’re very professional yet “home town” friendly & very knowledgeable & respectful & straightforward honest. The quality of work is outstanding & the “extras” they do are wonderful & so appreciated! Since buying my first Lexus in 2015 I haven’t found another dealership that literally rates 5-stars in every single factor of outstanding quality business! Plus the quality of my vehicles & their performance/reliability etc is impeccable excellence! I must give a special shoutout for Coreen in Service. There’s none better & she truly makes Lexus proud in her excellence in job performance & personality & interaction with people-just everything! She is a blessing for both employer & customers! Big thank you to her for making every experience I’ve had with Lexus top quality & very enjoyable! All In all Harvey Lexus is the best!
