Additionally, he is not a typical salesman. He is not one of those high pressure car salesmen that calls every other day. He tells you all about the car and the features, answers any questions and gives you space to make an educated decision based on your needs! In over 40 years of buying cars, David is the best I have ever seen! Mia did an excellent job on showing me how everything worked and set my phone up for the car. I have his cell phone number and he provides the most amazing service ever. We buy only Lexus vehicles for the sole purpose of having cars that can get serviced here. It is a plus that Lexus products really don’t need much attention, as they are super reliable, but this place provides everything they need to stay running for a very, very long time. I will not outlive the usefulness of my cars that they maintain for me. I tell people all the time that this isn’t just the best car dealership and service department, it is one of the best companies, regardless of industry. I rank it up there with Chick-fil-A, Delta, Airlines, Disney and other companies who are known for having mastered customer service.
