I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

The fleet sales and finance department worked with me and imade it very easy for me to buy out my lease and everything happened in a timely manner.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.

The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. It’s like driving in your own little bubble—super peaceful, and perfect if you’re not into the constant road noise. On top of that, the ride is crazy smooth. It just glides over bumps, so you barely feel anything. Super comfy, too—whether you’re on a long road trip or just running errands around town, it’s one of those cars you actually enjoy being in for a while. The seats are really supportive, and there’s plenty of space for everyone inside. Looks-wise, it’s got that sleek, modern vibe going for it. The exterior turns heads, and the interior feels super premium without being over the top. Everything’s where you expect it to be, which makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the ride. If you’re into smooth, quiet drives and want something that looks as good as it feels, this car’s got it all. Would totally recommend it for anyone who likes a chill, comfortable drive.

Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Buttery smooth drive. Super quiet. Luxurious interior. Was deciding between RZ and Y and this car was better fit for me. I don’t need it for road trips. It’s my daily driver and I enjoy every minute in it.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

My service manager, Tony Hang, is the best and he is the reason I continue to go to Crown Lexus Of Ontario. I I am always able to make appointments however I always ask for him. If he is not there, I tend to wait until he is. He is very professional yet makes me feel very comfortable. If Tony is busy when I call, he always returns my calls in a timely manner. Honestly, my experience was 6/5 stars. I went on Sunday to test drive the Crosstrek…Estelle Feng was more than happy to show me the vehicle, answer any questions, and didn’t pressure me at all to buy that day. I knew I’d be coming back because of her. I even considered going to a different dealership, but I just wanted to work with Estelle. Yesterday (Wednesday), Estelle met me on my timeline (she’s really the best) to test drive the specific trim I wanted, and I didn’t think I’d be able to make any deals that day, due to some paperwork I was waiting on. This is where Jeff Jones comes in. Honestly, I don’t know how Jeff did it, but he gave me exactly what I wanted. He worked hard to make sure to meet all my demands (and there were many). He somehow was able to get me into my dream car that day. Jeff is easy to talk, has a great sense of humor and really loves his job. Oh and he has the patience of a saint but I’ll get to the later. Marco Saines handled the boring stuff (paperwork)…again, super easy to talk to, honest, and just a good guy. He made it as painless as possible. He’s also quick to get back to you if you have questions. Back to Jeff…reading the contract today, I got confused by the numbers I was looking at. Admittedly, I am sick with a cold, and not thinking as sharply as normal. I called up and Jeff and ran him through the wringer. He very patiently explained to me what I was misunderstanding…several times (I’m sorry Jeff!!!). I realized my error and am immediately writing this review! :) Honestly, these three are a dream team. At no point did I feel pressured to buy that day, they just let me know I could if I wanted to. I hate being pressured, I’m highly anxious and am going through a difficult chapter in my life. I felt so comfortable as a woman going alone to this dealership and getting a car. I can honestly say this is one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot, especially for a car dealership. You won’t regret buying a car here. Fast service, and the service rep Jorge was very through. He communicated with me the whole time and informed me of additional services needed with pictures. He called me the next day to follow up and n the services rendered.

This car has a specific target audience, and for those people, it’s fantastic. Many buyers criticize the range, and don’t understand that highway speed will significantly reduce the range. As commuter car for 10 miles each way, you can easily go all week without charging. I don’t understand people who buy EV’s as their only car or expect to be able to road trip in them. The quiet luxury comfortable interior is best in class and fully lives up to the Lexus brand. We have an ICE Rx as well, but we take the RZ as much as we can because it’s so comfortable and fun to drive.
