Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Zareh checked my car in for it's routine service, he was efficient and courteous. My car was ready in half the time he quoted me (awesome), and I took my car to be washed right afterwards. As I was washing my car, I noticed some caps were missing from my tires. I went back, and Zareh was the first to greet me. I told him the situation, and he immediately gave me four new caps, and even put them on my car. Zareh! You angel! Gave three stars for the facilities, they're fine. If you get there early you may even get a donut.

I just recently leased a 2021 RC 350 F Sport Black Line Edition and I find it to be an amazing car. I’ve now owned it for a month. The car is really beautiful both inside and out. It’s quiet, unless you’re pounding the throttle, which sounds fantastic. It’s very well-built, the interior is extremely bespoke with rich materials (this was very important to me). Performance is perfectly fine for me, but I have the V6. It moves quickly and will do what you want it to do, but it’s not the most powerful car I’ve ever driven. I say this in comparison the the RC 200T that I traded since that had the base four cylinder and really lacked power off the line where the V6 does not. Still, it’s not as quick as you’d expect, but it’ll do you just fine for daily driving. Mine is fully loaded with all options. I find it roomy enough for me, but the rear seat is horribly tight. The trunk is fine and I’d say spacious enough. Only one thing bothers me about this car, and it’s not the notorious infotainment system which doesn’t bother me at all—it’s the fuel economy. The car has some of the worst economy of any vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned Buick’s, both V8 and V6, that got far higher MPGs. It doesn’t help that the gas tank is small and the engine requires premium fuel. Outside of that, the car looks stunning, feels very rich, and is surprisingly satisfying to drive. I look forward to every day I’m able to get behind the wheel of it. I would recommend without reservation if MPGs are not a concern for you and if price is not an object—the car (fully loaded) is not cheap, and hardly a bargain—but still worth it.

It is unique to have those three characteristics in one vehicle. Reliability: I had 11 years RX350 with zero problems. Just regular maintenance. This was a reason I purchased a new one. Luxury: It is very quiet and comfortable ride, perfect ergonomic seats and suspension, really luxury filling. Spacious front and rear seats, adequate cargo volume and driving assist features. 4-cylinder engine is maybe loud above 2000 rpm, but normal drive do not reach this number. Fuel Efficiency: Car computer was showing 45 MPG for city driving, but brochure shows 37MPG. i decided to check this discrepancy in reality by counting mileages and fuel gallons on gas station. Results were 46.02MPG! I checked milage accuracy comparing to navsat and gallons with weight method. Both measurements were accurate. I even reached 50MPG with city drive, slow acceleration, long braking distances and gliding ride! Conclusion: I lost refinement of V6 but increase fuel efficiency for 100% and earned many features that absolutely make sense to get this car. It is not for someone who ask for sporty style driving, but has sufficient power to easy overtake any vehicle on highway.

I inherited my 2003 Lexus GS 300. My mothers husband bought it new in 2003. It was kept in the garage, so the paint cured and never faded. Both retired, they didn't drive either car very much. He passed in 2010 and my mom kept her Nissan but preferred driving the Lexus. We listed her Nissan for sale. Later when mom passed in 2017 I kept the car. Today at 58,000 miles in 2023, the engine is still clean (no oil blowby) and there are no problems. I do long for newer upgraded technology, like back up camera, GPS screen, USB ports. But remembering my first 1966 car, do I really need to spend $60,000 for a new one? Maybe one day. The only issue is the cupholders are in a cramped place, and it makes it easy to bump the seat warmers. Hardly a problem though. 'Experience Amazing' has been a true marketing slogan, as it really is amazing. Although I prefer a Lexus RX ( SUV) this car is so great, I cannot see giving it up.

Felix and Mina were great! I called in at about 10:30am and Felix got me the info I needed immediately and was able to test drive 30min after our call. This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

I've driven many different cars and i love this hybrid it's comfortable and beautiful, the mpg is good (could be a bit better i thought for a hybrid) drives nice, quiet.. but for an expensive brand this company uses absolutely the worst GPS system!!! it's so frustrating for someone like me who has no sense of direction and rely on my GPS full time. it does not tell you the correct time with traffic (which it should because i pay for satellite) and it doesn't re-route you if there's heavy traffic like all my other cars did, can't choose min toll, never re-route to a side roads plus when i know my roads and i'm on a straight line home it tries to put me back on the highway to go 3 miles further to get home it's ridiculous!! this company needs to use a different GPS system, the MDX even cheap FORD has a better system!!

Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

I have always owned a Lexus. This RX-350 is an exceptional vehicle in all aspects except one. The GPS is not optimal. Everything else about the vehicle is great.

I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect. Great power at 202,000 miles, and still runs great. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of this car. Stil has the same great look of a new car
