2021 Volvo was spotless and had had new brakes and new Michelin tires installed. Samantha was great: very pleasant, helpful, not at all pushy. Cash with no trade-in made it easy; still, Marcus was perfectly organized and sailed through the paperwork, explaining each. I don't think they could have done better...

i have a 2015 Lexus GS 350 f sport crafted line version. all i have to say is this: this car is beautiful, reliable, fast, comfy everything you look for in a car. best purchase ever. the only caveat: watch out for the brakes and tires on the F sport version you'll be replacing them a little more frequently than normal. Overall a 9.5 out of 10.

What an amazing car, I bought mine with 105,000 miles and have put nearly 3,000 miles on it in just about one month. It rides and drives like a dream! The styling has definitely held up well, it doesn't look dated or strange for a 15 year old car. In fact I get compliments on mine all the time! The fit and finish are Lexus top notch and I am averaging 28 mpg in city and highway mixed driving! The V-6 is fast and silky smooth. I look forward to driving her every day! I think the only negative is that the technology is from 2009 so don't expect much but it was top of the line back then so it was good for it's day. The premium stereo (not Mark Levinson) is awesome, and the seats are ultra comfy too. I hope to hit 300k miles with my ES350!!! Best car I've ever owned!

This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.

I love this vehicle. I enjoy the quietness and economy of this model. The only drawback is trying to understand how the various features function. Many of the operations are not intuitive.

2017 model - Key fob doesn't work! No remote start. Other than that, I cannot possibly be more happy with my purchase. Found an absolute steal after 70 hours of searching. If you're used to anything before 2010, this will make you feel like you purchased a spaceship. Fast enough to make you happy (unless you're only used to 400+ hp cars), reliable, handsome.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

Style, performance and reliability are great, but the tinny sound on the left front door when closing and outdated dash diminishes the car . This is my 3 rd Lexus. I bought this my current ES 350 F used from a dealer during its current model year.

When I began searching for a vehicle, I narrowed my choices down to two cars, one of them being the Infiniti QX50 Sensory. While researching online, the Infiniti dealership in Bethesda came up, and since I was already nearby, I decided to stop in. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly by everyone. I let the receptionist know I was interested in test driving a vehicle, and the General Manager, Rasean, happened to be walking by and personally introduced me to my salesperson, Stephen Lall. I made it very clear that I did not want to feel pressured, as I was still in the decision-making process. Stephen completely respected that. We went for a test drive, and I shared that I really liked the vehicle. He asked if I was interested in purchasing that day, and I explained that I planned to test drive another car before making my final decision. He simply asked if he could follow up — there was absolutely no pressure. After visiting another dealership, I immediately noticed the difference. Other sales teams contacted me multiple times a day. That was not my experience here. The Infiniti team respected my space and allowed me time to decide comfortably. After about two and a half weeks, I returned and purchased the Infiniti QX50 Sensory, and I am extremely happy with my decision. The vehicle is smooth, comfortable, and truly feels like the right fit for me. The seats are especially comfortable, and the overall driving experience has been excellent. I did return briefly for a minor detail, and Eric in the service department was very helpful and took the time to review everything again to ensure I was satisfied. I bought a 2014 ES350 CPO 5 1/2 years ago with 28K on it. It now has 73K on it. All I've done is oil changes, brakes and tires. Very reliable and takes regular gas. Very roomy with a quiet highway ride. With a new timing belt, water pump and spark plugs at 100k miles, it should run to 200k miles easy.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!
