Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I am 80 years old and just finished up on a 36 month lease. It has 39k miles on it. I have had it professionally detailed twice since I owned it. The interior is saddle and the outside is black. Super Clean

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Annual service plus recall software update. Excellent help from service advisor and fun and interesting comments provided in text from actual technician who worked on my car.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I highly recommend this vehicle. Switched to lexus from GM and its the best decision I ever made.

This car is great for family with lots of space. It handles great in snow and bad weather. It is a true 4x4 and you can feel the difference.

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.
