2013 Lexus LX 570 review
Timeless reliability and power when you need it as these trucks get older, you realize how well they are made. They only really need basic maintenance and every hundred thousand miles replace the plugs, the belts and all the juices and it will keep going as smooth as butter the only thing you wanna keep an eye on is the suspension however it is not a dealbreaker it can be dealt with with a proper technician. They will be going for another 50 years for sure.

2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

2006 Lexus RX 330 review
The best car I've ever owned. I've owned Audi's, Chevy's, Nissan, Acura's, and other cars over the years. None have been better, although Acura's are a very close second. I got the car with 75K miles on it, drove it for 8 years, and just sold it with 307K miles on it. Very few problems over the years. Had to replace 2 timing belts, the radiator, alternator, and one wheel bearing. It was such a great car, so I went out and found a low mileage 2009 RX350 (same body style) but with half the miles. As a sales rep, I feel confident with my new(er) RX and am confident I can run this one up to 300K + miles - no worries.

2021 Lexus LC 500 review
I normally trade cars every 3/4 years. I have had this one for 5 and have no intention of trading. It is not a Corvette, a Porshe, or BMW. It is in a class all its own relative to performance, comfort, and beauty. This is the last year it will be produced and I believe in the near future it will definitely be a collectable.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

We bought one 2023 model UX250h F sport, the F sport when you choose sport on the selector is like driving other car, the sound change and the suspension and steering too. We love the ultramagnetic Blue and pink interior. the infotainment is cool

2018 Lexus GX 460 review
Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

2015 Lexus RC 350 review
Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. The experience from the very beginning was top notch. I set up an appointment with the receptionist at the dealership, within minutes I received a text from Quinten Chow confirming my appointment. Not even 30 minutes later Quinten sent me a walk around video of the car I was interested in showing the inside and outside of the car which was a really nice touch. Our appointment was initially set for a Friday morning but we decided it would be best to go in the night before to make sure the car fit the description. Quinten responded immediately and said to come on in. We arrived at the dealership and Quinten was there for us from the beginning. He sat us down in his office and made sure we were comfortable with waters while he had the car pull up to the front. He made a quick copy of our driver's license and showed us the car and let us take it on a test drive, even giving us directions on the best route to take. The car was exactly as described and were extremely impressed with it. Quinten is a non pressuring person and wanted to make sure this was the best fit car for my daughter. We went home that evening to get things in order and set up another appointment for the next day to finalize the paperwork. Everyone there was extremely friendly and you could tell they loved their job which is rare these day's. Quinten and his team made sure we got the best deal from the start and answered all our questions and concerns. Dale in financing was also amazing, he explained all the paperwork and warranty information very thoroughly. Dale even took the time to walk us over to meet the service advisor which is nice that the have these services on site and even offered the first oil change and tire rotation free, and free state inspections each year for the life of the loan. The best part of all of this is that when I got home that evening I get a call from Dale and he says he has great news. I was like can it get any better? He informed me that the bank called him and let him know that they could lower my interest rate 2 points which saved over 30 dollars a month which was almost 3k over the life of the loan! I know this sounds to good to be true of a buying experience but it was the best buying experience I have ever experienced in all the 30 plus years of buying vehicles. Hat's off to Quinten, Dale and the team at Alpha Rameo of Plano, you have my business and referrals, keep up the great work and Thank You from the bottom of my Heart, Family for Life!

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. 2009 Lexus IS 250 review
Review from a current 09 is250 owner who wishes he was told these things before buying. It’s small but spacious enough to fit the very basic things. Seats don’t fold down in the rear I never knew that before I bought it so keep that in mind. With that being said the trunk is very large for what you need to put in there on a daily basis. Models before 2010 don’t have Bluetooth music. Engine is a bit more powerful then you think when you first see 2.5L V6 but the torque is really the winner with handling in performance for that category of the car. Car takes 91 octane as a minimum at the gas pump don’t buy a Lexus and cheap out on gas or good oil. Car is great for a basic modification platform if your a young guy looking to get into modding aftermarket is pretty great. If your looking at any of these 2006-2012 IS models CHECK FOR STICKY DASH!!!!!! For me it wasn’t a deal breaker but it does get annoying sometimes if you live in hotter climates. Speaker system is great if you get the mark levinson package in yours. Steering is great as most people say. Gas mileage I get is 26 MPG combined city and highway with shell 91 gas in my tank. Car is great at what it’s meant to do but make sure if your wanting enough power to keep up with most v6 engines (go with the is350) or enough cargo room to go to ikea or Home Depot (go with the gs350). Also if your looking for the is250 for a basic commuter car make sure as soon as you purchase it do this list :Oil change and filter buy high quality oil ( if you live in a warm climate put only 10W-30 oil because the stock 5W recommendation will fail you and the car will burn it all off and run horribly) because yes the 250 burns oil, get the K&N high flow air filter it helps just give the car a little more air to feel a bit faster which helps in this slow thing, general inspection at your local mechanic for rust or general part ware, new headlights because most are fogged from 06-2012 or get headlight clear by McGuires.

2014 Lexus RX 450h review
First time I have owned a Lexus and a Hybrid to boot. I have had the car for 4 weeks now and love all it has to offer. Reasonably quiet on the road. Very economical. Maps voice is pleasant and is not annoying like external GPS navigation can be with re-routing.

2012 Lexus CT 200h review
Bought brand new in October, 2012 and have 110,500 miles on it. Other than tire rotations and oil and filter changes, practically a maintenance-free car. Only maintenance has been replacing the starter battery (less than $300) after nine years and I have replaced either the front or rear shocks, can’t remember which. Brakes have never been touched and are still 50% and 60% good. Yeah, I get the new car itch occasionally but I remind myself that I likely wouldn’t be as fortunate with the next vehicle. Since I purchased it, I have averaged 43.3 mpg. Phenomenal given that I live in Los Angeles. Since I retired five years ago, each July I drive from CA to MI, and have driven as many as 1,200 miles a day (17 1/2 hours in the road) and found the seats to be very comfortable.

2023 Lexus RZ 450e review
Absolutely love this car! Smooth, quite and just the right size. Beautiful interior and exterior. Some people complain about range but for me this works great. I'm getting between 3.7 and 3.9 kwh and a range of 255. It's a 2023 RZ450e AWD premium with 18 inch wheels. Not the longest range and not the fastest but true quality.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
2017 Lexus NX 300h review
Updated to 2017 nx300h from a 2007 rx400h. We got the "Luxury" package which includes all options (in Sweden) except the Sport stuff. Love all the new technology (air con in seats, 360 cam, radar cruise, reverse collision warning and more). The trunk is a little bit smaller than 400h but instead there is a lot more space under the trunk floor since we have the compressor instead of spare tyre. Seating front and back feels almost as big as the 400h. Getting average 6,8 l / 100 km after 3 months of driving. 400h was about 9,5 l / 100 km. Handling on curvy roads is great! Acceleration is really not that bad, but the cvt / engine is noisy during hard accel. During normal driving everything is smooth and quiet.

2024 Lexus RX 350h review
Just about 19K miles on the car now. Early on battery ended replacing. There was a slow tire leak that we did not know about when we purchased it. They did not cover this and it cost me for a new replacement. Don't recommend the running board as they are useless at that height. Mileage about 34mpg in ECO mode. Safety features very good. Camera system good. Don't use the auto park ability. Too spooky for us at our age. This is the first Toyota/Lexus automobile we have owned and we highly recommend it. I will keep this car until Lexus comes out with an auto drive like the Tesla. Fremont Lexus is quite attentive. Salesman Connor is excellent.

2024 Lexus NX 350h review
I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

2014 Lexus ES 350 review
After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!
