Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

Had no problem everything went well,I just recommend ,faster communication,between the dealer and buyer,I would definitely recommend this dealership.I came from another state to purchase.

We bought the standard model and now wish we had gone up to the Reserve level as some of the luxury options that we assumed came with the Lincoln name were missing.

The Aviator is certainly a luxury SUV with high performance. The technology may be a little 'buggy' (based on a lot of reviews I've read) but mine has been fine. Fun to drive and comfortable as heck.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. The camel and black exterior.

Excellent road car, quiet, stable, comfortable to the highest level, good technology, handles snow very well, great options, excellent towing capacity. Bought Lincoln CPO with 19K miles and car is in perfect shape.

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. We were looking for a very specific Navigator, and could not locate one locally. We found exactly what we wanted at Wickstrom, 80+ miles from our home. We connected with Tristan Metzner and set an appointment to see and drive the car. The only day we were available was her day off, but she agreed to meet with us anyway. She was very personable and definitely well-versed on Lincolns. We decided to buy the car, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the process went. None of the back and forth that plagues the process at other dealers. I told her what I wanted on my trade and they met it. They also increased their discount on the Navigator over what we had discussed earlier. Tristan was fantastic through it all, including getting us set up with the Lincoln app and the driver settings in the car. I highly recommend Wickstrom Auto group and specifically Tristan Metzner!! They are awesome!

I love my aviator reserve. It is so comfortable and easy to handle. It turns on a dime. The ride is smooth and quiet. I do miss the luxury of my black label navigator but in comparison, the aviator is much easier to handle and park because of its size. We have had many recalls, but no issues otherwise with our vehicle. I am proud to on this vehicle and I love driving it.

Tony Holmes was great to work with. He had the car we were interested in ready for us when we arrived. He answered all our questions and was patient. We didn’t feel pressured which was a nice change. After test driving a couple other used cars we were interested in we returned to Tony and he worked with us to get a pice we could afford. He was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and this dealership. Would definitely shop here again in the future.

Frank was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and also scheduling the service appointment, ordering parts and everything was covered under warranty with the Minimum deductible.

I've been a Ford guy my whole life (75 ) , I have also been a car guy. This might be the last new car I buy so I might be overly critical. The Black Label Avaitor has all the great features (Maybe too many)It's a beautiful car and is a pleasure to drive. So what's my concern? The third seat!!!. I owned two Lincoln MKT's prior to the new Avaitor. The third seating was tight in the MKT's but doable,,,The new Avaitor works only if your 10 years old or less, have lost your legs or are a gymnast. I can't get anyone to ride in the third row unless they have never been in my car before....One and done.

In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

I am somewhat of a car nut, I really enjoy the research and the search process. I was looking for a used SUV with 3 rows, AWD, and just a few years old. I enjoy a bit of luxury, and with my commuting I wanted something reliable but also very comfortable with some amenities. I narrowed it down to the Q7, GLS450, and the Aviator. I test drove all 3 and I won't go into the reviews of the other vehicles, they were certainly nice, but the Aviator came out ahead. I think bang for your buck, the Aviator delivers an equal if not superior product for much less than the others. The interior is spacious and luxurious, and I went with the 30 way power seats, which is basically like getting a custom fit glove for your body. The sound system (28 speaker option) is amazing, with really beautiful high notes. The bass could be deeper and louder, but I don't know that you can get that without a subwoofer. The interactive console is quick and fast, with incredible resolution. I imagine its akin to retina HD like the iphones have, its just crystal clear. The second row is captains chairs (optional, same price) which the kids love bc they have separation from siblings. Third row has enough room for kids but will be tight for adults. Engine power is adequate, with plenty of low end torque. If you're looking for Navigator or Escalade power this isn't at that level, but its plenty for my needs. It has many, many fun amenities. For example, your key fob can be used as a homing beacon, allowing you to find your car in a parking garage if you can't remember where you parked. Also your phone can be used as the key, so if you forgot your fob your key can open AND start the vehicle. Overall, this is a fantastic vehicle. Lincoln put themselves in direct competition with Audi, Mercedes and BMW for SUV luxury and they will not disappoint. This vehicle will drive like you're floating on a cloud, or quickly morph to a mako shark chasing tuna. You won't be disappointed.

I worked with a few of the guys at the dealership and most impressed with the communications with Robert and Mark! I have bought many cars over the years, all across the country and this was a trying experience, because of my commercial financing but Robert and Mark were very patient with a long drawn out process. They tried very hard to help me get the vehicle I was looking for for my business. The Lincoln Aviator is high on comfort and gives a quiet, smooth ride. The leg room is ample and seats very comfortable for plus-sized people. The multiple built in safety features give the driver a sense of confidence on the road. It is a classy car.

Had a great buying experience with them. Purchased a used Navigator from out of state, flew in to check it out and was greeted at O’Hare by a wonderful gentleman that took me back to the dealership, it was a great ride back being picked up and already being texted about the details upon landing. The used Navigator was waiting for me inside and had be perfectly detailed and was ready for a test drive, the moment I got to the dealership. Salesman Tim was awesome to deal with throughout our entire buying process from answering all questions and doing a video call walk through on the vehicle before commenting to buy it. The Navigator was as described, they worked with us to hold it while waiting to get everything arraigned to make the trip to buy it. They even had all the numbers for financing and extended warranty done prior, so it was a simple deal of signing the documents and then proceeding on a 6.5 hour drive home in a wonderful Navigator, even in Chicago traffic. Highly recommend using this dealership and will possibly be back for future purchase as everyone was extremely nice and pleasant to work with.
