2024 Lincoln Nautilus review
Because of my age, 82, making a decision to transition from a traditional large sedan to a mid-sized SUV was a serious decision. It was also serious because this may be my last car of my lifetime. The 2024 Nautilus might be characterized as a young man's car. There is its extraordinary collection of technologies, its one-of-a-kind electronic wrap-around display system, and its multitude of new safety features. None of them are daunting to manage and none should overwhelm a senior driver. Lincoln did not substitute luxury with bells and whistles and neither did it sacrifice one bit of reliability with style. The Nautilus was purchased after comparing it to all of its head-to-head competition and there are no regrets. If this is to be my last car, so be it.

I was randomly shopping around for an oil change service in the area and called this dealership’s service department. I was hesitant as I don’t have a Ford/Lincoln but the website stated it services all makes and models. Spoke with person in their quicklane department and he seemed hesitant but said “yes” they could service the vehicle. Received reasonable price quote however oil change services are only done on a “first come first serve basis” and they don’t allow for appointments. Unfortunately my schedule doesn’t allow me to be dependent on a shop that I can’t make an appointment and it would have been an inconvenience work and schedule wise for me to get the work done there. I did call another time for a sales question and inquiry and their salesperson Jess was very friendly and accommodating. Inventory that they show online seemed to be accurate and in stock on their lot!

2022 Lincoln Nautilus review
Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase

2022 Lincoln Nautilus review
My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

I own my third navigator, they are absolutely best suv made!!! Any way I was having a horrible problem with my steering while driving, we were going to Nc/sc , doing 70 mph with a trailer and then the steering wheel spun to left but wheels stayed straight!!! Almost killed us on i95 in Virginia!!! I was praying that it never happened again and of course I got xxxx luck!!! So we made sure when it happened again that it would be on video!!! Reason for video is we used to go to Springfield Lincoln, it was our second Lincoln dealer in 40 years!!! Chapman/sheehy Lincoln was first dealer they went out of business!!! So when we told Springfield ford first time they laughed at us said it wasn’t possible!!! That was service manager!!! Nice huh!!! So that’s why my son and I had it video from our attorneys video that they have set up on entire suv!!! We had a video now of 3xs in 10 days!!! Even after they watched videos they called up to Lincoln cause Springfield had no idea , they told me it has to crash or come up on computer before they will help us!!! Wow I have paid cash for all of my Lincoln’s!!! Gave owned 3 towncars, 1 mark 8, 2 navigators, 1 mercury cougar, 1 aviator!! With all of this u would think they would treat you better!!!! Springfield Ford is the worst, horrible with customers, and mechanics or lot person damaged dash and it was on video, asked the person if they had by accident damaged anything in vehicle??? Said to me absolutely nothing damaged!!! Then showed him video of him scratching the computer area, his expression said it all!!! Now for Carmen Lincoln all I can say is tytytytytytytytytyty Jesus!!! Think u get the picture!!! As soon as I explained everything that we told Springfield Ford, the service manager did his magic and fixed entire vehicle!!! When I say the day went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my family had a safe vehicle to drive is an understatement, the service manager kept me abreast the entire way of fixing the vehicle, Springfield Ford couldn’t be bothered did not care if we crashed or not it was so bad with Springfield Ford did I actually contact the attorneys gave them all the text and voice messages from Springfield Ford and had something happened to my family the lawyers were able to sue the living xxxx out of Springfield Ford and Lincoln for putting us in danger !!!!’ The absolute best Lincoln dealership in tristate area is without a doubt Carmen Lincoln , If you want honest good people skilled people then you go to Carman Ford Carman Lincoln and they will take care of you I would not trust many other people now because of Springfield Ford, then here comes Carman Lincoln to the rescue!! The service manager absolutely said he was not giving the truck back until it was fixed and he was true to his word Carman Lincoln is the only place to buy Lincoln ‘s and to take them to get them fixed you will never be happier and that’s a promise!!!! Thank you Carman Ford for putting my family first!!!!
2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’m very satisfied with the Lincoln. I enjoy driving it. It’s so smooth on the open road. Good acceleration. All the safety items are very comforting to have. I really like the crash warning. Has staged me from an accident twice. I have almost 50,000 in a little over two years. My next car will be a Lincoln Nautalist Hybred.

Tony from the financing end was great as well and extremely accommodating. Drove over 2 hours to this dealership because of the customer service, and it was well worth it. First, let me say that I don’t necessarily enjoy reading long online reviews when considering a major purchase, but I really can’t explain my experiences at Reedman Toll Subaru in one or two sentences. If you want an honest description of what it was like to buy a used vehicle from this dealership, here it is. I’ve been around the block and have purchased many used vehicles. As a former auto mechanic who has worked on my own vehicles for over 40 years, I’ve rarely purchased a used vehicle from a new car dealer. We own a 2014 Acura and really like it, so when we saw a 2013 Acura at a local dealership (Davis Acura) we decided to check it out. The price was a bit high, and apparently we were taking the salesperson away from an important TV show or card game, as it was quite obvious he wasn’t especially interested in selling us a car on that particular day. The next day we saw a very similar vehicle online (at a much better price) at Reedman Toll Subaru. Although they’re over an hour from our home, I had the day off and we decided to go see it. Our salesperson, Matt T., didn’t know we were coming but was asked by the online sales representative we’d spoken with to show us the car. The car was nice but had several small dents in the fender, which looked like an amateur repair job (and may well have been), and it definitely detracted from this seemingly well-maintained vehicle. As a result we were quite hesitant to pay full price for the vehicle. Matt apparently spoke with his manager (Shawn S.) and then came to us a few minutes later and asked if we would consider buying the car if they could fix the dents. We told him we would certainly consider it, but we weren’t going to pay more, and we weren’t going to commit to purchasing the vehicle until we saw the repairs. Matt said fair enough, and they took the car to their body shop to remove the dents and repaint the fender. As this process would take several hours, we really didn’t want to have to drive over an hour to get home and then come back again later to see the repairs. Matt said, “How about if we bring the car to you? If you approve of the work you can buy it, if you don’t there’s no obligation.” This was more than fair, so they completed the work and brought the car to my wife’s workplace. The work was well done so we completed the purchase. We were certainly satisfied so far…but then the brakes started squealing loudly a few days later. I took the car to my mechanic and he discovered that the rear brakes were worn down to almost nothing and the car was not drivable. I knew the vehicle had just been inspected before we bought it (not by Reedman Toll Subaru), so I called Reedman Toll and spoke with manager Shawn S. He asked if I could send him an estimate of the necessary repairs (over $400). I did so and he approved the work that day. The car was repaired by my mechanic and I received reimbursement from Reedman Toll about a week later. Matt and Shawn were in communication with us during the entire sales process, answering questions and addressing any and all issues that came up with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. It became quite obvious to us that these two gentlemen stand behind their products and are extremely customer service-oriented and responsive, even well after the sale. I would not hesitate to drive over an hour to Reedman Toll Subaru and ask for Matt if I was in the market for another car.

2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

2021 Lincoln Nautilus review
I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

2020 Lincoln Nautilus review
The Nautilus is very surprising in both comfort, drivability, and power from the 2.7 engine. At 6'4 and over 300 lbs. I am very comfortable Driving it. Entry/ exiting the vehicle is great. It took me a while to read and learn about all of the buttons and knobs. I have only had this vehicle for four months but am very satisfied.
