Ogden Lincoln Of WestmontReviews
Ogden Lincoln Of Westmont review
I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX Reserve from Odgen Lincoln of Westmont, and was more than satisfied! Im an out of state buyer that found my Lincoln on line. I worked with Henry and Jack who were both outstanding in making this transaction as painless as possible. I was a little hesitant on purchasing something like this without actually seeing or driving it in person, but Henry went the extra mile Facetiming me on the vehicle walk around and putting the deal together. In addition, I had the vehicle shipped to my driveway, and Henry stuck with me all the way! The shipper did an excellent job, and the Lincoln arrived fully detailed, and as described. This isn't the way I would normally purchase a vehicle, but Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack made it a fantastic experience. I purchased a used car, but received the new car treatment which was the frosting on the cake! Thank you Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack! This was a fantastic experience, and I appreciate it very much!

Woodfield LexusReviews
Woodfield Lexus review
From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I was treated fairly, and respectfully from the start to the end of our transaction. I went back a few days later for window tinting, and was treated the same at the Service department. I can't see going anywhere else for another Lexus vehicle, or for service.. Well done Woodfield Lexus!
2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’m very satisfied with the Lincoln. I enjoy driving it. It’s so smooth on the open road. Good acceleration. All the safety items are very comforting to have. I really like the crash warning. Has staged me from an accident twice. I have almost 50,000 in a little over two years. My next car will be a Lincoln Nautalist Hybred.

Jerry McDuffie has always been a pleasure to work with. Our family and friends have purchased several cars from him over the last 20 years. He always gives you a fair deal and takes the time to make sure you get the car that is right for you. He is very patient in dealing with us seniors who can be technically challenged about some of the new car features on today's modern cars. I highly recommend Jerry for anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

We had a great experience. My wife and I went in to check a tahoe that we have look up at car guru. When I walked in into the dealership, Dave Wishart welcomed me and ask me how can he helped me. I told him I came to see a tahoe I had seen at a website and Dave immediately was able to help me and pull the tahoe around so that my wife and I could see it and test drive it. We approved of the tahoe and Dave got to work and made it possible for us to be able to drive home with a new vehicle. Thanks Dave.

The service department has always been quick, especially when I use their Quick Lane service. They told me recently too that they now have a mobile unit that goes to your house or work and they can also pick up your vehicle, so I might try that next time so I don't have to take time off of work to get it fixed.
2022 Lincoln Nautilus review
Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase

Walked into the dealership and was greeted very warmly. I drove two that I was looking at. I decided on the second one. You know that feeling that you get when you are applying for credit, like your a bad risk, or you did something bad. I was at ease with the sales person and the loan officer. never bought a car this easy or relaxed. Thank you

Ford of HomewoodReviews
Ford of Homewood review
I recently purchased my Chevrolet Blazer EV RS from Ford of Homewood and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. After visiting several dealerships and looking at multiple vehicles that same day, Ford of Homewood stood out by far because of their outstanding customer service and positive energy. The team worked hard to make sure I received the best deal possible while also making sure I felt comfortable, informed, and truly taken care of. I never felt pressured, and they made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave me during such an important decision. I would absolutely recommend Ford of Homewood to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you again for such a great experience! Thanks, Tanika Lee

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
2020 Lincoln Nautilus review
The Nautilus is very surprising in both comfort, drivability, and power from the 2.7 engine. At 6'4 and over 300 lbs. I am very comfortable Driving it. Entry/ exiting the vehicle is great. It took me a while to read and learn about all of the buttons and knobs. I have only had this vehicle for four months but am very satisfied.

2021 Lincoln Nautilus review
I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

When I got there the financing terms were superb, almost identical to my own credit union. I couldn’t be happier

Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.

I simply love my 2029 Nautilus. I have driven it Cross Country twice. From The Eastern Shore to Arizona and then back to the Eastern Shore. My son drove and has a HEAVY foot. Both rides were exceptional. She ( yes I call my truck a she) didnt miss a beat. Super comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. I intend for this to be my very last car of purchase.

2020 Lincoln Nautilus review
If you are looking for Luxurious vehicle, the Lincoln Nautilis, 2.7 L hits all the marks. I was impressed with the quality of the ride and how quiet it is when driving. The 2.7 L has all the power you’ll ever need. It’s fast. The seats and interior are very comfortable and look great. We went with coffee interior. The sound system is unbelievable.. plenty of storage in the back and the automatic folding seats are a plus also many compliments on the roominess for passengers in the rear and the reclining rear seats are a hit. This is my second Lincoln, Nautilis did not disappoint. My previous car was a MKZ.
