Very pleasantly surprised. Only improvements I’d suggest after first month are adding rear side windows that open. Layout is great and seats are wonderful. . .and didn’t realize they massage- actually better than Mercedes.

Murgado Ford of ChicagoReviews
Murgado Ford of Chicago review
I had the pleasure of working with Tray at Murgado Ford of Chicago while looking for a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve AWD for my wife. From the moment I reached out by phone to inquire about the vehicle Stock: 24L117, Tray was incredibly personable and transparent. He took the time to provide me with all the information I needed, making me feel at ease about the purchase. With a growing family, including one child and another expected in May, it's important to make the right choice, and Tray made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and genuine care for my needs were evident, and I truly appreciate his efforts in helping us find the perfect vehicle. I highly recommend Tray and Murgado Ford for anyone in the market for a new car!

Fair Oaks FordReviews
Fair Oaks Ford review
Our experience with Fair Oaks Lincoln was exceptional. Robert, our sales representative, is a dictionary of insight into the Lincoln brand and capabilities. We were able to do a lot of the prerequisite work via phone - we live out of state -- and secure the deal in person. Everything was top-notch. I highly recommend the team at Fair Oaks.
2024 Lincoln Navigator review
I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

Huntley Ford review
The Service Department was great, as usual! They kept me informed at all times of what was going on or if there was anything they found that needed attention other than what I brought it in for and, if so, how much it would cost and did I want to proceed with that repair, especially if that particular repair wasn't necessary for now. I brought it in to have a recall item taken care of, which they did.

Highland Park Ford Lincoln review
Had an issue with my steering, took it to my local mechanic twice they claim they didn’t find anything wrong with it. Took it to Highland Park Ford. The rack and pinion steering was shot. The steering gears were shot. It’s a darn good thing I didn’t have a car accident, Gavino was my service advisor. He was awesome ! I bought my car there and I’ll go nowhere else from now on.

This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

Good patient service a bit hectic but not gonna blame them for having good business, pleasantly surprised at a small dealership that doesn’t seem sketchy
2019 Lincoln Navigator review
The car has plenty of cup holders for family. It is very comfortable for grown teens and parents. The back cargo area holds much more than my prior vehicle.

Metro Ford Sales & Service review
I had an issue with my A.C,had earlier taken it to some mechanic but they couldn't fix it so I thought of taking it to Metro Ford. They were able to detect the problem after some diagnosis and the problem was eventually fixed. These guys have good customer service and their waiting area is really nice.
2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

The salesman Dylan was very knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. He made me and my family feel at ease and made the process effortles. He got us into a great vehicle and we appreciate that. This was the 3rd dealership we visited that day and as soon as we arrived we knew this place was different and we felt comfortable. I highly recommend coming here. Awesome service and great vibes

Love the walk through of all details of my car during the oil change and tire rotation. Gave me recommendations for upcoming service needs and when/mileage to have them done, no pressure sales to have done same day which I like but also option to have done if I wanted.

CarMax BirminghamReviews
CarMax Birmingham review
My wife went in to buy a car alone, as I was out of state working. She worked with a salesman by the name of Mr. Jolly. He was amazing with her. He showed her the cars she wanted to look at, ran credit through the bank of our request and spent the necessary time it took to seal the deal. He was steadfast, helpful and attentive. I was please to meet Mr. Jolly and thank him personally when I came in a few days later to sign paperwork that she had already signed. She was happy and if mama is happy, I'm happy.
