2025 Mazda CX-5 review
We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
Extremely pleased with the Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. Very comfortable on long drives. Everything in the cabin is convenient and easy to use. Averaged 29.5 mpg on our last trip. The interior is stylish as well as the exterior looking quite sporty.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!

I just recently visited Luther Brookdale Mazda. Before I came in, I had an issue with my car with warnings sounding off in regards to oil. I know that they have a very busy schedule but when I called and explain my situation, they took it very seriously and got me scheduled same day right away. I drove over there right away. It took me about 20 minutes to get there and they took me in and took care of my car and I didn’t wait that long because I had to get back to work because I had a lot of appointments scheduled at my job for the day. My service advisor was James Burton He was very understanding, professional, quick to respond to my questions and very patient. I know there’s some other things that need to be done on my car, but it was more of a timing thing so James made sure the immediate need got taken care of. Once my car was finished, James let me know there’s a couple things there that I can take care of at a later date and this gentleman actually escorted me to my car to show his professionalism, even though I didn’t need him to, but I was very impressed and this was over the top service. Thanks James! Thanks Luther Brookdale Mazda! I usually go to the local mechanics, but since I Purchased my Mazda CX-5 I only go to Luther Brookdale Mazda! And my original sales person saw me while I was there and he always makes sure to come over and say hello. He is still the best dress person in the place! I highly recommend going here! Thanks guys!!

Nobody has to wonder: Do these parts really need replacing or are they just trying to sell me something to make money?
