I went to this dealer and the salesperson that approached me looked like just someone sitting around when I pulled up. They were friendly and showed me around but after test driving a couple of cars and giving them my info I never heard from them again. I ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere about three weeks later. I have a Grand Touring which gives all the features available in 2013 and it’s really still all you need today. With all maintenance done to her on schedule we have had no issues so far at 105,000 miles. Only downfall is very little power but I guess if I want to keep getting 29mpg it’s a sacrifice I have to make.
We HIGHLY recommend this Mazda dealership. We own several Mazda's and we love getting all of our sales and service needs taken care of by Premier Mazda of KC. We have known their staff and management for many years now, and they deliver on all promises, they treat you like their #1 customer, and they do so without any of the typical dealer hassles - its a joy buying vehicles there and getting them serviced there as well. I bought this car a year ago. Only got 25,000 miles and I already got a lot of warning lights coming on including master warning light.
From the first time I stopped by to just ask about having my vehicle serviced the Lisa was wonderful! She was very professional and friendly. Our car was serviced and cleaned and we were allowed to wait comfortably. I loved the way our repair was handled and I will not hesitate to come back for any future repairs.

This car has exeeded all of my expectations. It is comfortable, quiet, and has great acceleration. All of the features, including radar cruise control and other electronic safety devices are awesome. To get these features in other cars you need to buy a top of the line package, but, in Mazda they are in all of them. I love my car.
These are car people. They are excited to be in the business and bent over backwards to make sure I had a smile on my face when I left with my new MX-5. What more can you ask for?

I did quite a bit of test driving and reading about the various cars and suvs in the similar segment. I was impressed by how far Mazda has come along to design and built good looking cars, engines, chassis, etc. The CX-5 is a 2.4 L 4 cylinder developing 185 hp. The interior design and quality is up market. The exterior design is smooth and sporty. The engine for its size and power is very peppy and responsive. The suspensions are stiff enough to give you great handling and making you feel like a semi sports car on rails. The model i bought was a Grand Touring variant which has a sports mode and also a trip Tronic gear box. The trip tronic gear box is sensitive to your input of up shifting or down shifting but half a second slower from our input. The sports mode is wild and makes the car up shift and down shift based on our tune of driving. The sports mode and the Trip Tronic shifting combined is pretty responsive. The automatic gear is pretty smooth. I also found the road noise is reduced, no wind noise as the cabin is well sound proofed. The engine grunt can be heard inside when the engine is revving at a higher rpm. The overall comfort is good, little bumpy since the suspensions are stiff. The fuel consumption is not the highest in the class and gave about 23.5 miles per gallon. This is should be fact that the engine is towards more responsive and quick compared to a economy mode engine. The 19 inch wheels with 255 size tyres adds to the handling. Overall, I am happy with the car and would recommend to anyone looking for a family suv/cross over that is powerful, conformable and handles well.
Brought car in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Everything was fine.

Such a smooth drive. I drive a ton for work and I love the luxurious inner cabin. Great Bose sound system too. Great navigation system and blue tooth compatibility allows me to use Waze easily. As a realtor that is very important.
Great place, and excellent vehicles. Just bought second car from Steve in less than a year. Incredible services from start to finish. If he doesn't have what you want I would be surprised. Steve is one of the few people I would trust to sell me a car!!

This is a very comfortable car that drives smoothly. The complaints I have are about the positioning of the dashboard features. It is surprisingly easy to hit the hazards accidentally. The lights don’t turn off automatically when you shut the car off so if you have been driving a car with that feature it takes some retraining. Perhaps the most worrisome discovery is that occasionally the stereo stays on after shutting of the car and if you don’t notice drains your battery. It is a nice car but some design issues.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I've had no problems with this car. only have done regular service such as oil change tire rotation and scheduled service. so far rear brakes done and new set of tires. very happy with this vehicle!
I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!

This is the second used Mazda CX-5 I've purchased, the first one I bought for myself and this one we bought for my wife. We are both happy with our CX-5s and the great value they present.
Gary was great. Kept me in the loop on my vehicle???s progress. Went above and beyond. We hit a few speedbumps with insurance but Gary took care of it all and made my life better.

absolutely love this car - it's LUXURY LUXURY LUXURY but at a much lower cost. It shouldn't be compared to the normal Honda CRV or others it is typically compared to. smooth drive and luxury features - it's the highest value for your $ - compare it's features and drive vs Audit, BMW, and Mercedes - Mazda wins!!!
My car was involved in an accident that had both rear and front end damage. Laird Noller collision center was very quick to work with insurance and explained the entire process. I was told the damage might take between 3-4 weeks roughly and I was pleasantly surprised with my sparkling (new again) car completed ahead of schedule! That staff I should very friendly and I would highly recommend their services.

I traded in my 2014 Touring CX-5 (fairly high mileage) for a 2018 Grand Touring CX-5. I loved my 2014 CX-5 and was actually surprised by how much more excited I was about the 2018 CX-5 after I made the purchase and drove it a bit. It feels like a luxury car without the price. The upgrades in styling and comfort were more significant than I realized. More importantly, the upgrades in technology are incredible! The engine is more efficient; I recently got 32 miles per gallon on a road trip, and that given the car is heavier due to additional noise insulation. Features like the rain sensing wipers, radar adjusted cruse control, and lane sensing are terrific. I'm still trying to learn all the features of Mazda Connect. Finally, the car is a smooth, fairly quiet ride and seems just as nimble as my 2014 model.

The car has met all of my needs. I am looking to start a family and it's a perfect fit for my needs. The trunk space is awesome! The car drives so smoothly and I love the standard settings including bluetooth and the reverse camera is amazing!
