I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.

I’ve had this car since Dec. 2013 - going on 5 years now. I’ve put about 35,000 miles on it - just changed the tires - breaks still have half way to go. It’s so comfortable - it’s fast (for not having a V6) - it’s got great sound. The only glitchy thing I don’t like about this car is the audio playback from Bluetooth. Sometimes it doesn’t connect right away - and if you shuffle the songs from your iPhone and hit next on the car to go to the next song - it no longer shuffles. A real pain when you have a ton of songs and you can’t skip around.
Back up camera is great, the system that alerts you when there’s a car in your blind spot works great. I really love this car!
Alex and Ting were fantastic throughout the buying process. Ting found the vehicle that I was looking for and offered a competitive price. Alex served us through the test drive and explanation of vehicle features. Zack was great in the finance and paperwork stage. I give them all a ten for their efforts.

This car has exeeded all of my expectations. It is comfortable, quiet, and has great acceleration. All of the features, including radar cruise control and other electronic safety devices are awesome. To get these features in other cars you need to buy a top of the line package, but, in Mazda they are in all of them. I love my car.
I was absolute happy with customer service and how easy process they made for my purchase. Kal was most helpful and wonderful person from the beginning at providing all the details on cars, help with purchase, communication through phone and email.
Beautiful looks, some cheaply made parts.

The G.T. model is the one to get due to content. Lots of plastic, though. Had to find & fix various interior rattles (used felt pieces). Very sporty handling- nice highway flyer. Great MPG for size.

walked in with a budget and a out of the door price we worked out with the salesman. we then got transferred to the finance guy which is where the clever haggling began. they first started us off with a 8.0 % interest which i thought was normal because my dad had bankruptcy on his record... little did i know bankruptcy lasts 7 years on his record so it shouldn't have shown up. so we went into the finance department with a monthly payment of 250 and financing $9900. after dealing with the finance guy, our payment remained the same but the finance amount went up to $11,500 but kept the monthly payments the same and adding a maintenance package. we didn't want the maintenance package but he only increased our bill by $3. how did he do that? he lowered the interest and insisted that honda "buys down" the interest to help out the customer. so he lowered the interest from 8% to 3% to " help us out". I was blindsighted and realized he could've given us this interest rate since the beginning and lowered our bill without having to buy the maintenance package. He tacked on the maintenance package onto the principal bill and made it seem ok as we were going to pay the same price as we were receiving with the 8% interest. Very clever on their behalf. Beware. Do not think they are doing you a favor by "buying down" the interest. It is a way of upping your principal bill without realizing it.

absolutely love this car - it's LUXURY LUXURY LUXURY but at a much lower cost. It shouldn't be compared to the normal Honda CRV or others it is typically compared to. smooth drive and luxury features - it's the highest value for your $ - compare it's features and drive vs Audit, BMW, and Mercedes - Mazda wins!!!
It was a pleasant experience bringing my car to AutoNation for service. My only gripe was the fact that I brought my car in at the earliest time available and it was still a seven hour wait before my car was ready for pick-up. This was for an inspection, tire rotation and alignment and wiper replacement. When I asked about the long wait, I was told the dealership had many cars come in for service that morning. I had an appointment that was made the previous week for the earliest time-slot available. How did all these other vehicles get in in front of my appointment?!? Small gripe for some, but it burned most of my day off..............

Very comfortable. Rides excellent. Very dependable. Plenty of room. I love it and I would purchase another one. Love the color, love the sunroof also.
Most reason I bought this car from AutoNation is the saleslady Jorainna Yao. She is really patient and helpful.
I would also referred my friend to buy a Mercedes 2020/2019 GLE amg 43 next year to her.
Also the car is beautiful ! Easy to handle and control. Very comfortable for a tall guy.

This is a very comfortable car that drives smoothly. The complaints I have are about the positioning of the dashboard features. It is surprisingly easy to hit the hazards accidentally. The lights don’t turn off automatically when you shut the car off so if you have been driving a car with that feature it takes some retraining. Perhaps the most worrisome discovery is that occasionally the stereo stays on after shutting of the car and if you don’t notice drains your battery. It is a nice car but some design issues.
We just purchased a 2019 RDX from Leo Lodin. When we arrived, we received the exact price he quoted us by email. He was fair, honest and the process was very smooth. Additional kudos to Truc, the finance person who was the most personable and decent finance person we have ever dealt with.
I recommend this dealer and especially Leo and Truc, this was the smoothest vehicle purchase we have ever had.
Love my 2018 CX-5 Grand Touring

I traded in my 2014 Touring CX-5 (fairly high mileage) for a 2018 Grand Touring CX-5. I loved my 2014 CX-5 and was actually surprised by how much more excited I was about the 2018 CX-5 after I made the purchase and drove it a bit. It feels like a luxury car without the price. The upgrades in styling and comfort were more significant than I realized. More importantly, the upgrades in technology are incredible! The engine is more efficient; I recently got 32 miles per gallon on a road trip, and that given the car is heavier due to additional noise insulation. Features like the rain sensing wipers, radar adjusted cruse control, and lane sensing are terrific. I'm still trying to learn all the features of Mazda Connect. Finally, the car is a smooth, fairly quiet ride and seems just as nimble as my 2014 model.
I inquired about a CPO Miata online, and Andy Nguyen responded promptly with all the requested info. Throughout the process from test drive to answering my questions, Andy was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. It certainly made my first Mazda experience amazing!
Excellent vehicle. My favorite car so far.

Today I drove away from the dealership as a first time car buyer! I had an amazing experience with this A+ team. Nick the GM was super helpful with setting me up with his team that gave me the true VIP experience. The assistant manager Thomas was able to find the car that I was exactly looking for while also keeping me updated when the car would be ready. I appreciate all of the communication even when he was technically out of the business. My sales rep that helped assist me with the car was Sterling and he helped so much through the process and patience with the finance department. Sean was the sales manager within the finance department and he did everything and exhausted every possible outcome in order for me to get the best deal! I did quite a bit of test driving and reading about the various cars and suvs in the similar segment. I was impressed by how far Mazda has come along to design and built good looking cars, engines, chassis, etc. The CX-5 is a 2.4 L 4 cylinder developing 185 hp. The interior design and quality is up market. The exterior design is smooth and sporty. The engine for its size and power is very peppy and responsive. The suspensions are stiff enough to give you great handling and making you feel like a semi sports car on rails. The model i bought was a Grand Touring variant which has a sports mode and also a trip Tronic gear box. The trip tronic gear box is sensitive to your input of up shifting or down shifting but half a second slower from our input. The sports mode is wild and makes the car up shift and down shift based on our tune of driving. The sports mode and the Trip Tronic shifting combined is pretty responsive. The automatic gear is pretty smooth. I also found the road noise is reduced, no wind noise as the cabin is well sound proofed. The engine grunt can be heard inside when the engine is revving at a higher rpm. The overall comfort is good, little bumpy since the suspensions are stiff. The fuel consumption is not the highest in the class and gave about 23.5 miles per gallon. This is should be fact that the engine is towards more responsive and quick compared to a economy mode engine. The 19 inch wheels with 255 size tyres adds to the handling. Overall, I am happy with the car and would recommend to anyone looking for a family suv/cross over that is powerful, conformable and handles well.

I love this car. It drives so smooth. I was used to a dodge nitro v6 engine and was worried this Mazda CX-5 wouldn’t give me the same power. It definitely makes me feel powerful still but in a smoother way.
Was making a private sale of our 2015.5 XC60. They allowed me to book a full inspection with very little notice, and did a professional job on the work. They even provided their observations on the prospective buyer.

Such a smooth drive. I drive a ton for work and I love the luxurious inner cabin. Great Bose sound system too. Great navigation system and blue tooth compatibility allows me to use Waze easily. As a realtor that is very important.

I have a Grand Touring which gives all the features available in 2013 and it’s really still all you need today. With all maintenance done to her on schedule we have had no issues so far at 105,000 miles. Only downfall is very little power but I guess if I want to keep getting 29mpg it’s a sacrifice I have to make.
