Joe C. went above and beyond as a salesperson! We were there for quite some time because there were more Mazda CX-5s to choose from than we anticipated but eventually we got it narrowed down to one we loved. We had a few issues with payment (our fault, not the dealer's) and Joe and his manager (I think his name was Mustafa) were very accommodating and helped us work out a solution. Plus because of our indecisiveness we ended up being there over an hour after closing, they let us stay to finish up because we had traveled a few hours to get there, and again they were very accommodating and patient with us. I honestly don't think I could have had a better experience.

I chose having a Mazda cx-30 being shipped in. He approximately told me about three months and it was! The whole buying process was easy for me. I’m only 19 and didn’t have much to know about a new purchase on a vehicle, but Jacob took the time to explain things to me. When the vehicle arrived, I met up again with Jacob and it took no more than 30 mins to get me out the door with my new car. I appreciate the help from you and the dealership. I purchased a new Mazda CX-50 over Easter weekend and working with Will Platts was a great experience from start to finish! He had both vehicles I was interested in ready to go when I arrived and gave me the space to look through them without any pressure. During the test drive, he was informative and super patient with my two children backseat driving. Throughout the entire process, he stayed low-pressure, listened to what I was looking for, and made everything feel easy. He set clear expectations when we asked about the financing process, which ended up being smooth and straightforward. Before I left, he took the time to go over all the features and settings with me, which I really appreciated coming from a 2013 Mazda. He even followed up a week later to check in and see if I had any questions. It had taken me months to even step foot in a dealership, but Will and the whole team behind him completely changed my perspective on car shopping. I highly recommend working with him and Stevenson Hendrick Mazda.
