I just purchased a 2014 Ford F150 FX4 and I had JD as my salesman. JD was awesome! He went above and beyond helping me out. I ended up having an issue with the truck when I was test driving it, the starter went out, and he made sure that it got fixed and was fixed properly. He even had a few other small things that I noticed fixed. JD kept in touch with me everyday and kept me updated on everything that was happening. He even busted his butt at getting me as close as he possibly could to the monthly payment that I was trying to get. if you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Drive Direct and I highly highly recommend having JD as your salesman!
2016 Mazda Mazda3 review
I owned the 2016 Mazda 3 i sport since 2017; I got it used from Velocity Mazda in Tyler with ~30,000 miles on it. It had always served me well. The only maintenance I did on it were tire replacements, oil changes, and once the motorized lift gate broke and I was unable to open the trunk for a while. The Mazda dealership fixed it pretty quickly. Recently I was in a 3 car accident in which the pickup behind me slammed me into the pickup in front of me. The safety features of this car allowed the front and back to crumple, but the cab was fully intact. This could have been a fatal wreck if the car was not so well designed. Even my service dog in the back seat came out completely unscathed. The car was roomier than the car I had owned before it, and the media system was easy to navigate, with the control panel being easy to reach and use while driving. I would recommend this car to anyone. The only reason I am not buying another one is that I would like to have more cargo space as my needs in life are changing.

2016 Mazda Mazda3 review
Bought this car new in 2016 and sold in 2020. Excellent performance, reliable, and fun to drive. Interior design is clean and modern. Digital display with infotainment system was a plus – upgraded to Apple Car play and really enjoyed this feature. Nice exterior styling, well designed update to the Mazda3.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. I was given reasonable numbers, Kevin worked with me and the management team to make sure the lease numbers I ended up with were a good fit for the car, trade, and life circumstances, and while there was some extended waiting between accepting a deal and getting final paperwork signed, that was largely down to me opting for a walk-in visit and purchasing same day, on a busy day - and Kevin kept me up to date as things progressed, while making sure everything that could be done ahead of finance office visit was done (including car detailing and charging top-up, preliminary paperwork signing, getting personal items out of my trade, etc). When it was my turn in the finance office, Troia Collins was equally great - acknowledging the time I'd already spent at the dealership and quickly getting through the remaining process without rushing me or skipping any important info. She fully respected what they knew about how I'd be using the car and other factors, and while she was sure to offer every available benefit and explain implications, she didn't press on any of the optional extras. Finally, a note on facilities: while situated in an on-street storefront in a busy urban area -- an unusual setup for a car dealership -- the space was easily a class above any other Kia dealership I've stepped foot in, inside and out. It was comfortable and tastefully decorated, while also maintaining a friendliness and welcoming atmosphere and that oft-pretentious upscale aesthetics often mean is lacking. I love the car, and am glad I made the hour long trek to Bethesda based on the positive reviews I'd seen rather than looking at options closer to home. The inventory is great, the staff are friendly and knowledgable, and at the end of an admittedly long day, I couldn't have been happier; Highly recommend.
