I used the Mazda app to make the service appointment, It went flawlessly! The service tech at the check-in counter was very sharp on certainly on his ???A??? game. Unfortunately, I didn???t take note of his name...next time! The wait time for the service was actually quicker than projected! Side note...very comfortable waiting area!
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Natasha was excellent in understanding our goals for purchasing our new Honda Pilot including our list of "wants" and "pricing". She is an excellent sales person and Hopkins Honda is very fortunate in having her to represent their establishment. Not only did she follow-up on key issues regarding the selection of extra's but also on the final pricing. Her knowledge of how the vehicle preforms (new safety features and electronic devices, smart phone hookup, etc.) was definitely evident after she spent a good hour with us before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. Excellent job Natasha!
Sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and got a response. Responded to dealers email asking about hours of the business to possibly schedule a test drive and received no response. Recommend calling or just stopping by to look at a vehicle.
Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. All the staff were genuinely excited for my purchase and what it meant for me and reinforced that if I had any issues, questions, or concerns that I could contact them at any time.
Loved the new building and service was exceptional as usual.

We love Tom Nelson. He always is honest and doesn???t try to make us spend money for repairs when they aren???t needed. In our situation, we read on the internet on a Mazda forum that some Mazda service dept???s we???re recommending new transmissions for people that had similar issues as us. Tom recommended a software update and it took care of the problem for us. Highly recommend this Mazda service dept.
Brian at Morries IG Mazda was awesome. My daughter was purchasing her first car and his knowledge of the product and guidance through the process was extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend Brian Lee and this dealership.
Came in beginning of may and purchased an 05 ford freestyle. Great customer service im just a little upset i paid cash and did not need any credit and they still ran my credit which dropped my credit score. They didnt need to do that since its now reflecting me getting credit for my home loan. But everything else went great. Love the new car..
