Staff was friendly! They would not budge on price but included services to compensate. One negative was the salesman didn’t seem very willing to change my deal to me doing the DMV work when he called me back. Said he had it all written up. That wasn’t very customer friendly.
This is our second vehicle from Price Kia...we LOVE the dealership AND the vehicles! From the purchase (Dennis Barbieri) to the financing, to the service, it's the best! We have a Mercedes and a Sorrento, and I prefer to drive my Sorrento! :)
The sales associate, Blake, made the process easy, and while buying a car is never enjoyable, relatively painless. Flow's approach to selling cars seems to be to allow knowledgeable sales associates guide you through a no-pressure process. Highly recommend them.

This week I got a problem light, took the car directly to Flow, and was immediately taken care of. They are the best in central Virginia.
For several years, Flow C'ville have maintained my GTI. Their service team are incredible. When my battery went flat, someone from their dealership came out and started my car. Wowza.
But it's only lately that I've been chatting with their sales team - the wonderful Timothy and Ryan.
These gents are INCREDIBLE. They are both fountains of knowledge about VW cars. Incredibly friendly. And they're also good psychologists - and listeners - when it comes to helping you to figure out what to buy. They're also fun to talk to. They care about people. And they care about getting you on the road in something that, ideally, will be both practical and something to love.

When I have to buy my next car, the service at Subaru, which is terrific, may be the deciding factor. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable, polite, & extremely competent. The whole service process is easy and a pleasure.
They were so friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicles. They helped me find some money back from my old car that i did know i was Able to get back. Erin was spectacular! Loved Mazda 10000%! So happy in my pretty new car

My wife and I had researched and found the Mazda that we desired. Cathy in Customer service was prompt in taking care of and answering my questions to the fullest. Great Job, Cathy. Well, we went to Flow Mazda in Charlottesville on Pantops Mountain to test drive one. The Sales Rep., Dillon met us at the door and welcomed us so sincerely. We explained to him what we were looking for and he took down the information and passed it to Howard who also was so polite and sincere. While test driving a model similar to the one that we wanted while they searched their sources. We got back from the test drive and they have found the exact car that we wanted. It was 300 miles away. Howard pulled his magic and had at the facility that night. Meanwhile, Dillon was contacting us to let us know the great news and schedule to finalize our purchase. We went back and the same respect was shown again. Dillon walked us back to see our new Mazda Miata MX-5 RF GT. And it looked magnificent. He took us back in and introduced us to the Service coordinators and they were also most kind to us. "Great team of people". Then we were introduced to Justin who takes care of the financing. Once again we were blown away with the customer service that we were getting. Justin was very detailed in all aspects of our purchase. He explained everything about our financing to a tee and was great to work with while closing the deal. Once the purchase was finalized, Dillon follow me home because I couldn't drive two vehicles.

Over a couple of weeks I worked with Chris Heatwole on the purchase of a new MX-5. He was helpful and enthusiastic and didn't try to push me towards a configuration that I didn't want. While I was looking, he kept me informed about cars that were inbound to the dealership. When the right car arrived, the negotiations went smoothly. I have been watching prices paid on Miata.net and compared to other postings, I received one of the lowest out the door prices for the model/color combination I purchased. Do your homework before you buy. Flow saved me a drive to Northern VA to purchase the same car. I have not used the service department yet, so I can't say how well that works. As far as buying a new car, this is an excellent dealership to work with.
We have found the perfect car for us, with the capable and attentive service we received from Ray Jordan. He knows Mazdas, but he also knows the competition and without any pressure was able to help us make a well informed decision. We had an issue with the title on our trade-in that was causing the Carfax value to be thousands of dollars lower than what was fair; the staff at Flow took the initiative to work with Carfax to get the issue resolved so that they could give us the best possible offer on our trade-in. Thank you to the whole team!
