Hello Wayne Mazda, I just picked up my 2018 CX-5 Touring from your dealership on June 1st. The car is great so far and I'm happy to have it for the next 3 years. I wanted to tell you about my experience during the buying process. I'm pretty fastidious when it comes to selecting a car and I did my homework again with this car. I was circling around Toyota, Honda and Mazda and when I finally picked the CX-5 I worked with many different dealerships and brokers. I'll be honest with you, I was steering clear of Wayne Mazda because of a perceived reputation that has permeated North Jersey. I know sometimes these reputations can be somewhat clouded with falsehoods, but it definitely had an effect on how I was making my way through the search. I worked with approx. 6-8 dealerships in the NY/NJ/PA area and I ended up coming back to Wayne Mazda because of the way I was treated by Jaquis Saylor. First of all Jaquis is very knowledgeable about cars in general and how they work and perform. He is also quite knowledgeable about the Mazda line of cars and each of its features. It was refreshing to get these little tidbits on how the Sport mode works with regards to the gas consumption. He threw several interesting/pertinent factoids my way during the time in your dealership. Also with Jaquis at no time was there any overt or even a slight bit of a hard sell. He just listened to what my request was and tried to make it happen. We started out with a number in the beginning of the process and when it was time to make the deal at the end of May, we came upon a dollar amount that work for me. So in effect, it was my relationship with Jaquis that sealed the deal for Wayne Mazda. He set the groundwork out to enable this deal to happen with me and I want to say it was a pleasant sales process. Regards, Tom D I do want to mention that Nalda Duran was very helpful with the finance process. She took her time to explain each document where I had some questions. I wanted to make sure that all of the numbers were in a line with what I had discussed with Jaquis. Nalda was very pleasant and helpful.

My 2017 Mazda3 5 door (hatchback) with 2.5L engine has style, comfort with front seat has legroom for someone 6’3”; best of all is that maintenance is easy; interior is exceptionally better than other 2017 makes in same category that I test drove...plus the 2019 model is even nicer

I started any ordinary day by planning to test drive some vehicles that I had been considering to replace my 10 year-old Honda Civic. These planned test drives included Subaru, Honda, and Mazda. I began the day by test driving a Subaru Cross Trek, which was #1 on my list, as well as a Subaru Forester. I left Subaru feeling confident that I would return another day to purchase a vehicle. After that, I decided to head over to Ramsey Mazda because the CX-5 had really caught my eye. My plans that day were to conclude at a Honda dealership to drive a new CR-V (#2 on my list). I never made it to Honda, or any dealership after visiting Ramsey Mazda. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by a young man named Eric Taylor. Right away, he and I clicked. His personality is a great fit for me. Professional, friendly, VERY knowledgable, yet laid back with a mellow confidence in himself. I mentioned to Eric that I was interested in the CX-5 Touring. I was very pleased to find out that Mazda was offering zero percent financing up to 60 months. In the showroom was a CX-5 Grand Touring. "Beautiful vehicle," in the words of my wife. I mentioned to Eric that with zero percent financing, I might even be able to get into the Grand Touring, but it would be a stretch. What impressed me about Eric is that he didn't try to push me into the Grand Touring, which was do-able, but would have made things a little uncomfortable. Eric arranged for me to drive a Touring model. The test drive was fantastic. This is where Eric showed his mettle. He is very knowledgable and took every opportunity, when appropriate, to show off the many great features of the vehicle, without giving off a pressure vibe. When we returned to the dealership, Eric asked what colors I would be interested in and if I would be interested in getting the upgrade package on the Touring edition. We then took a walk through the inventory and Eric sort of let my wife and I explore while following us. When I saw the machine gray metallic version, I knew that was the vehicle for me. We then proceeded back to the showroom. I sat down at his desk. Without asking me first, I told Eric that I would like to explore some numbers. Again, I never felt pressured. Eric worked through some numbers, including a trade-in of my Honda, and we came to a good deal for both of us. Since I wasn't really planning on buying a car that day, I had to return home to clear out the car and grab my Honda title and spare keys. When we returned, the sale was finalized with Eric, and Donovan Lau in the Finance Department. The day ended with Eric giving my an in-depth tour of my new CX-5, and a meeting with Donovan, another great guy to work with. Donovan was very professional, explained everything I needed to know, while scaling back on the things I really didn't need to know. Of course he had to go over some additional protection plans. He really did a nice job with these. I never felt pressured, but his expertise guided me toward purchasing additional coverage, at a quite reasonable price, that covered the wheels, tires, small dents, and windshield, to name a few. A great plan; after all, this is New Jersey, which is cosmetically xxxx on a vehicle. Donovan very efficiently and warmly took us through the rest of the process and we were off, feeling very good about the purchase. Needless to say, I never made it to Honda to purchase my 4th Honda vehicle, or back to Subaru, which had been #1 on my list this time around. It's been a week and I'm very fond of and satisfied with my CX-5 Touring. I'm greatly looking forward to working with the consummate professionals at Ramsey Mazda down the road for routine maintenance!

This Mazda6 was fun to drive, comfortable for long rides and got great gas mileage. It had plenty of leg room in the front and rear. Sporty exterior and interior. If you love to drive and control the car this 6 speed manual transmission is excellent.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and after researching numerous vehicles, I decided to go with the 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with Premium Package. My physical search started with a visit to Ramsey Mazda to see said vehicle in person and go for a test drive. I went alone (usually go with my husband for backup, lol) and was greeted by salesman Willy Elkammary who saw me looking at the vehicle in the showroom and was more than happy to help me, in a good way. His friendly (not fake) personality was the first thing I noticed and was drawn to and immedialy felt comfortable. I explained to him what I was looking for and how I was going to investigate prices on my own from other dealerships and he was STILL happy and willing to take me on a test drive. Willy took me highway driving as well as city driving and was extremely easy to talk to and communicate with, I felt like I was with family. When we got back to the dealership he gave me his card and a price for the vehicle at which time I thanked him and told him I would be in touch after my own price research. No pressure to make a "deal" at all! Willy called me twice in the 12 days that I was doing my research to touch base and I explained that I was still waiting for quotes. After I heard back from about 7 different dealers across NJ and NY, all quoting me the same price within 4 dollars, one dealer in NJ that was about 45 from my house came in $12 cheaper than the cheapest I had gotten closer to home. I was willing to drive but hoped a dealer close to home was willing to match it so I could stay in the area, no one wanted to do that. I initially told Willy at my test drive that I would give him the courtesy of being the last person I contact (because I liked his professionalism) to see if he could beat the best deal I was offered. I called him and said I would be coming in to see him and I am so glad I did!! Willy worked with floor manager Wiles Chiasson (who also could not have been any nicer and non-pressuring) and made the deal happen, he matched it. No haggling, No annoying sales pitches, No BS and No back-up (AKA husband) needed. I am so lucky to have crossed paths with Willy while car shopping and appreciated his no nonsense way of purchasing a new car. My last stop was the dreaded finance person, right......wrong....NOT at this dealership!!! I sat with business manager Donovan Lau, signed all my paperwork and was ready to take my new vehicle home. No BS on that end either! Willy sat with me in my new vehicle and explained all the bells and whistles before I drove off, thank you for such a smooth and pleasant experience! If you are EVER in the market for a new Mazda, you MUST go see Willy, you will be so glad you did. I have been a Mazda owner since 2005, starting with the now-discontinued Tribute. It was a workhorse, hauling kid, sports equipment, dog, furniture, etc. It was closing in on 90,000 miles and finally starting to show some wear; there never was major work needed. After my teenager left the nest, I downsized in 2012 to a Mazda3. Another reliable Mazda, more fun to drive that the Tribute, great Bose sound system, a little tight in interior space but all the efficiency savings in space, low profile, smaller engine resulted in really good gas mileage. After 50,000 miles and a lot of distracted driving on my part, it was dinged and dented, and I clearly needed some of the newer safety features. The wear and tear again wasn't Mazda breakdowns; the car never needed anything other than regular maintenance and tires. I debated about getting a hybrid but decided to stick with what's been working for me. The 2018 Mazda3 version I bought has a $1,600 safety package that's well worth it. At first I didn't like the design of Mazda's dashboard navigation/ music/ communications display center, but it's growing on me. And the 2018 model has a dorky screen that pops up on the steering column to display speed, signage, lane info, etc. I'd recently driven a 2019 Mazda CX-5 on a 500-mile trip and appreciated the same type of display projected onto the windshield. But despite the lower-tech look of the 2018 iteration of this feature, I actually like it better. The darker grey screen pops out the letters and numbers much more clearly and is consistent whether night or day. It's now my favorite feature on the car. This Mazda3 rides better than my 2012, perhaps because of the wider tires. Handles really well. And I confess to liking the bit more Zoom I'm getting with the 2.5 engine versus the previous 2.0 one. My mileage likely will go down a bit, but I drive less (now retired), so it's not as critical. Love the leather seats and the classy, subtle dark brown accents on the black interior. It's a bit of a snug fit and is not such as great ride for rear passengers. But that's not the car's primary use so I'll live with that.

I had a leased, CX5 and just came in for an Oil Change. My lease was coming up at the end of March 2019. I stopped just to see what options I would have at the end of the lease. I was greeted very friendly by EricTaylor. Very pleasantly Eric started to show me my options. Before I knew it I was greeted by Mike Abreu. Mike was the also, so pleasant and helpful. I was feeling so confortable and happy that I had no doubt that I would definitely would chose another Mazda, even though my daughter worked for BMW and always tried to persuade me to get a BMW. Even though I have some credit problems, they both treated me like I was worth Millions. The atmosphere at this dealer was so relaxed friendly by everyone. Every time, everyone made sure I was confortable. Mike and Eric worked so well together, they were not pushy, not imposed there opinions, they were very friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable` There priority was to please me and help in my choice and needs. That day I left a deposit with a car in mind. after Mike Abreu took an application and got me approved for a new car, a dream that I would not think that it would come true. I returned the next day with my 5 year old granddaughter, which was welcomed by Erick and Mike like she was the most important princess walking into that dealer. That gesture by them won my heart and business. My granddaughter is one of my biggest treasure in life. Eric immediately, before thinking of a sale, invited my granddaughter to the snack bar. My granddaughter was in her glory, immediately she said I love this place. Mike came over to greet us, once again treated my granddaughter like the most important customer. He even brought over a toy for her. Once again at that point I was so happy. After talking to my daughter the night before I was not sure of leasing a Mazda: however, after dealing with Mike Abreu and Erick Taylor I had no doubt in my decision. They were very patient in working out the best deal for me. I LOVE MAZDA. when I decided on a car, I dealt with Ron Lupo, another excellent experience. He was pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. The best of all I love how united they all work together. Mr. Lupo went out of his way to help me closing the deal. I walked away from his office with an appointment already schedule for my first service in couple of months. My granddaughter was the happiest person looking at all the choices and felt like a princess between all of them. She chose the color and the car that she liked the most. I was driving home and I could not believe the beautiful, confortable and reliable car that I was driving, I will recommend this dealer to everyone that I have an opportunity to do so. I want to personally thank ERIC TAYLOR, MIKE ABREU AND RON LUPO, for their welcomed, professionalism, knowledge and best of all how humble and wonderful human being they are. Wow!! I saw how customer and best of all between their coworkers and they Exceed in every way. I loved everything about this dealer and I also want to mention that the repair shop is also another wonderful experience that I had the last three year and will hopefully continue to enjoy for years to come with my new Mazda. Going through the process of buying a car sucks. If you actually enjoy it, then I can only assume you like other fun things like paying taxes, unclogging toilets, and papercuts. I was perfectly content with my awesome VW TDI until the whole Dieselgate scandal went down. Even then, I would've bought another VW with my buyout money, until I saw this Ford Fusion Sport. Awesome car, but was it enough for me to switch? It was when I saw the listing from Prestige Volvo for a used, 2017. First thing I noticed is that is was the lowest priced 2017 Ford Fusion Sport on a nationwide search using one of the car apps. The other thing was that it had all the options. Ok, it doesn't have the Active Park Assist, where it parks the car for you. That's fine since I've known how to park a car for years now. But all the bells and whistles, and the lowest price? Had to be a catch somewhere. I sent an email asking for more info, and Tina (AKA Lady Fantastic) was in touch with me almost immediately. She took the time to do TWO video walkarounds of the car. She showed every inch of the exterior and interior, twice. Two times. She did this in a walking boot, having sustained a foot injury while saving some nuns from a group of muggers using her kickboxing skills. Oh, it's true. The listing also had the Carfax readily available to inspect. I asked her to send me a breakdown of the total price, all in. Very standard stuff. Taxes, title, tags, and the $399 processing fee was super reasonable (I've seen dealers with a processing fee of $1000+) No catches. Just a great price, on what was looking like a great car. Savvy me decided to negotiate for the next scheduled maintenance to be done before I agreed to buy. Tina called me and said that it had already been done, AND they put new brakes on its front and rear. I'll just shut up now and hand you my money. We agreed to meet up on a Wednesday evening. Delays caused me to get there a little before 9 pm. They close at 8, and although I am certain everyone wanted to go home after a long day, Tina and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and inviting. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and driving my Ford Fusion home. I had told Tina the day before that after I picked up the car, I was driving straight to White Castle for celebratory burgers. And guess what? She actually plugged it into the GPS so when I fired up the car for the first time, it was ready to take me right there. Yep. Oh, did I mention that I came up from the Washington D.C. area to buy this car? I did because that was the level of service and care I received from Tina and the rest of Prestige Volvo. Let me also mention that they are reimbursing my taxi fare from the airport, AND when I arrived, Tina told me that she accidentally did the calculations wrong and she overquoted me by $90. Most dealers would keep their mouths shut and pocket the money. Not Tina. Top notch, and high class all the way. If you're in the market for a new car and are within a reasonable distance from East Hanover, NJ, take my advice and contact Prestige Volvo and ask for Tina. If you don't, then you aren't very smart and I can't help you. The car's amazing by the way.

After shopping at a few dealerships I finally stopped at Brookside Motors and was greeted by the most friendly and professional salemans. Fernando introduced himself and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I was never pressured or felt pressured, which made me feel so comfortable. It made me come back the following day to purchase an Acura MDX, which Fernando gave me the options of financing, paying by credit card or by cash. I ended up financing the car and I was in and out of the dealership within 40 minutes. I highly recommend Brookside Motors to everyone.

I was looking for this exact car for my daughter. This was the only dealership that had one. I was a little concerned buying from a little car dealer, but the experience was great. We visited Tarrytown Honda on June 9, 2017 simply to get an idea of what was available and begin our search for a new car. It was our first visit to a dealership since 2003 when we bought our last car. What began as our first trip to scout possible purchases ended up being our last--because we bought the car that very day as a consequence of Wilson Velez's superlative work with us. He followed our lead as to what we wanted and then guided us to the exact model and features which matched all of our criteria and then some. He explained everything we did not know completely clearly, and we left not only with a car but with an automotive education. Without pushing anything on us while he educated us adeptly so that we DID end up getting much more than we originally intended--not because he insisted, but because he enabled us to see the value of his suggestions and expanded our own ideas into better ones. The result was a much better car than we had imagined at the start at a price which made buying it right then the obvious thing to do. Especially since our last purchase was 2003, he was amazingly patient in letting us know how cars have changed, what was standard, what was more that would be good for us, immediately grasping what we wanted with no attempt to push us into anything superfluous. Most significant was that he immediately earned our trust, so we knew that he was not trying to load us with unnecessary features, and would let us know what would work best for us and what was not really necessary. We did end up with much more than we intended, but with nothing we did not need or want after talking with him. That trust built as he explained the operation and function of each feature and the advantages to us when appropriate. We never had the feeling he was trying to get us to buy features we neither wanted nor needed but that he truly understood our interests and widened our understanding. Wilson was well-informed, a great communicator, and did everything with the warmth of a friend more than a salesperson we just met. Best said, we did not buy a car from a salesperson; we bought a car from a person. We have already recommended Tarrytown Honda and Wilson Velez to other friends. Because of his expert and sensitive work, you now have two more life-time customers. And, now that we have driven the car for some days, we truly have a sense of how well he understood us and served our needs, and how our car (the Honda Civic Hatch EX) is exactly right for us. I am a Columbia University Epidemiologist with an extremely hectic schedule and a low tolerance for nonsense. Anthony Petito does a simply outstanding job running the Paragon Honda Service Center in terms of everything that a customer values - overall quality and timeliness of service. I've witnessed this outstanding service at Paragon Honda for over 6 years and I will absolutely not take my car anywhere else to be serviced even though this location is not at all convenient for me. But I don't care because the quality of the service is worth it. Everyone at this service center is professional, courteous and eager to please. Just this past Wed night (4/20), I met with Ron and Jason Q who both handled my 9:15pm appointment after having my initial questions skillfully handled by Anthony Petito by phone. All three of these men were extremely professional, efficient and courteous. I was in and out of the service center in no time even though my appointment was at 9:15pm. In spite of the late hour, they were still going full speed ahead and pumped as if it was the start of a new day. Truly exceptional service and exemplary teamwork from Anthony Petito, Ron and Jason Q. I am always able to schedule an appointment with great ease and I then immediately receive an email confirmation with the time and date of my appointment. This is a tremendous help bc, when I arrive for my appointment, I don't have to ever worry about being denied bc the appointment was mistakenly not documented. Then, a day before my appointment, I receive an email reminder. It is such a huge help to me that they offer appointments up until 11pm and Anthony mentioned there are also available appointments overnight. Again, these late night options are absolutely invaluable to me bc my schedule is crazy but yet I want to make sure I am taking the best care of my Honda. The moment I arrive, I am consistently and immediately taken care of and I then sit in a very comfortable and well-maintained waiting room. I never witness any disgruntled customers in that waiting room and I never wait for very long at all. The entire process is PAINLESS bc the entire operation is run so efficiently thanks to Anthony and the team he hires and manages. Everything runs like clock work from the moment I drop off the car and then head outside to pick it up. Geesh, even the bathroom, after a long day, is immaculate and there's a sign inside the restroom asking customers to speak with the manager if the restroom is not clean. This is an example of what I mean by the entire place is so well-managed. They have thought about everything in the interest of the customer and they work very hard to fulfill their promises . This is NOT all talk and no action, and this is not an easy accomplishment but they make it look easy. I know exactly what it takes to hire and manage a team because I've been hiring and managing my own team of over 30 Research Assistants and Project Coordinators at Columbia for large-scale NIH grants for the past 21 years. So I am genuinely in awe and will forever remain in the Honda family bc of the service I receive at Paragon Honda Service Center as well as for the solid quality of the Honda vehicles. Love the Exterior - Super sharp! Reliability is very good from what I've read. I only kept it 3 months, though, and traded it in for a Subaru Forester. I'm 5'0" tall, and could never get the seat/pedals/steering combo to fit me correctly. Also, visibility is poor, like so many SUVs are these days, due to wide roof pillars, windows are not tall enough or wide enough, & the 4 headrests are in the way of viewing out the side and back as well. Try to get Blind Spot Monitoring & Rear Cross Traffic Alert to help with the visibility issue. My interior was Black, and I felt like I was driving around in a dark cave. The SUBARU FORESTER, however has tall, wide windows, smaller headrests, a standard moonroof on the 2nd trim level (the Premium), so there is visibility and light galore!! They also are much more proactive about offering light-colored seats, which also helps it to not be so dark inside. I don't have blind spot monitoring in it, but I don't need it because the visibility is so good! The LCD screen & features are much more pleasant and user friendly than the Mazda's. The Mazda's will not let you select a certain Radio Station, you have to scroll through all of your stations to find it. Also, it will not let you touch your LCD screen while you're driving, but they force you to look down at the console area & use controls down there to operate the screen while driving, which is super unsafe!! The Mazda has a lot going for it, but I because of the above, I wouldn't really recommend it. But some of it is due to personal preference, as well as my short height. The Subaru Forester is well worth the extra money I paid for it! I LOVE it every single day I'm driving it. I traded a 2016Mazda CX-5 Touring for a 2016 Subaru Forester Premium 2.5i. Best decision I've made in a long time!!

I traded a Mercedes GLC300 for the 2019 CX-5 and, honestly, this feels like an upgrade, although the Mazda is priced almost $20K below the Benz. The interior is better, sound system just as good, and technology is superior. Also much more entertaining to drive (I have the GTR, which has the turbo engine, although I drove the GT and it was pretty well powered). Thrilled with the Mazda and really happy with the upscale direction they are taking with he product.

Currently we have a Mazda and a Subaru. We were looking to replace our well aged Subaru with another AWD drive. After tons of research, I felt most comfortable with a Toyota Rav4. I liked about 4 cars on Bay Ridge Toyota's website, but had one that I was specifically interested in. We decided to stop into the dealership(without an appointment), and were greeted as we came in by a young lady at the reception desk. She paged a salesman, and got us help immediately. Our salesman Binod S. was fantastic. He showed us the cars we were interested in, answered all of our questions, showed us many things about the cars we didn't know(features like: safety, technology, aesthetics, and options). We looked at a floor model and went through the car from what was under the hood to the automatic gate lift. We then sat down, had coffee/espresso and talked about the specific cars that I mentioned earlier from my online searches, and their availability. We talked about features, options, trims, reliability, and all the things that concern you when making a huge purchase. Once we narrowed it down, we went for a test ride in a basic Rav4 LE to check out the car we were interested in a RAV4 SE. It was in another Toyota lot about 4 blocks away. The car rode smooth, and the power seemed quite adequate for our needs. Both my wife, and myself were glad we decided on a Rav4 at this point. The cars feel great, and the car we wanted to purchase was on point. Time to talk money, we headed back to dealership. The price is pretty much the price. It was a 2018, so there isn't a need to rush it of the lot because it's an older model. However, I will say that I believe the price was definitely, 100% fair for what you are getting. I was also helped by Binod's manager in giving me a fair price for my trade in- and I truly appreciate that! The deal was a go at this point. We had a quick break, and Binod was nice enough to offer us some Pizza(thank you Binod). After that, we got the insurance squared away with Vinny. Vinny was great to talk to, and is also a broker. That allowed him to help you get the best rate in insurance, with multiple companies out there. My current company(Geico), is where I wanted to stay, and that is where we finalized insurance(Thank you Vin!). Once that was done, we went to the finance department and met Michael S. Mike did a great job explaining additional warranties, coverage, interest rates, leasing options etc. We determined a financing plan that worked for us, and knocked out that paperwork. Almost there! Our car was ready, and just got detailed. Binod helped transfer our plates off of the old car, and gave us a education course on our new vehicle. The manager then came outside(in the rain) to thank us for everything and make sure that we were pleased as well. I really can't thank Binod, and the team at Bay Ridge Toyota enough! The were professional, knowledgable, considerate. I even received a call from Binod this morning, and an email offering further support. Binod was calling to make sure that my wife, and myself were happy. I know there are many reviews that contradict mine, but my experience was stellar. My best advice is schedule an appointment, because buying a car is more than a 4 hour process. We were lucky, as we arrived early, and it was quiet. Cars sometimes are stored in other lots, as space is limited(some in Sten Island!). Do your homework, and know what you are buying. I saw a reviewer say they don't like when you pay in full, but we did not experience an issue there. Overall A+++ and thanks Binod, and Bay Ridge Toyota!!!
