Hyundai of Fort Myers review
The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. The finance gentleman was genuine and explained everything and made this buyout a favorable experience Today was a dream team experience Thank you Jeff Simpson for treating us like family

Kaitlyn Forry as service advisor was great. Provided loaner car to allow for ease of service. The environment of the dealership was very welcoming. I purchased my vehicle at a different dealership but relocated to Hanover after moving. I have been very pleased with my experience at Hanover.

Just getting used to a new car. The road noise is so quite my wife and I were able to talk using our indoor voices.

Had my Mercedes Sprinter RV serviced here. I have used them in the past and it is always a great experience. Mark in service provides great customer service keeping me informed on what is going on during my appointment. They always go above and beyond. Their quotes are on point and I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. One of the best dealerships I have ever worked with.

Elvjis is an outstanding person to work with. Any questions me and the wife had were not only answered but made clear. And never once did we feel like a burden.
2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

CAR LUXReviews
CAR LUX review
I purchased a BMW X5 but was originally looking at the X3. I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Brayan Gonzalez at Car Lux in Hawthorne! From the very beginning, Brayan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—there was absolutely no pressure. I really felt like he was genuinely listening to me, understanding what I was looking for, and paying attention to my needs rather than simply trying to make a sale or push me toward what benefited him. That made such a huge difference in my experience. Brayan was extremely responsive and continued to provide additional information and answer my questions throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt like he wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed and confident decision. The entire dealership experience was great, but Brayan truly stood out. When I’m ready for my next car purchase, I sincerely hope he’s still there because he is absolutely someone I would come back to and recommend to others. Thank you, Brayan, for making what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel comfortable, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. 5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worked with Cameron and Sam to purchase a 2019 Porsche. I was over 100 miles away and they had no problem with me setting up a 3rd party PPI with a local specialist shop to validate what they had listed. With that back and known issues in hand, they were great to negotiate with and finalize a deal. Communication was smooth, timely, and no pressure. I’d recommend them and will check their inventory for my next purchase.

Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
On December 11, I had an emergency situation. Unfortunately all of my vehicle I.D., plate and vin# was in my vehicle which I needed to alert police. I called Garaval Jeep where I purchased my Grand Cherokee, not last year but 2019. Am employee named "Joe" quickly got this information for me. This might seem like a small thing but it shows that Garaval Jeep is not just about "making a sale" and then we're done. Will certainly return when it's time for a new Jeep,

Merlex Auto Group review
I had an outstanding experience at Merle’s Autogroup, and I can’t thank Big Moe and Alex enough for everything they did to help me purchase my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. From the beginning, Big Moe took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to make it happen. He never pressured me, kept me informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted. A huge thank you as well to Alex, the Finance Manager, who made the financing process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked hard to secure financing that fit my budget, and made the paperwork quick and easy. Together, Big Moe and Alex made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer service really stood out. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Big Moe and Alex at Merle’s Autogroup. They’ll treat you right and work hard to make sure you drive away happy. Thanks again for helping me get into my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas!

Zarvo Motors review
I recently purchased a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and entirely free of the usual high-pressure sales tactics. The inventory was beautifully maintained, and it was clear that they take immense pride in the quality of the vehicles they offer to their customers. The highlight of my entire experience was working with Ali, who went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car. Ali was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every single detail of my request. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring that I felt completely confident and comfortable with my choice before moving forward. The exceptional service continued seamlessly when Zee stepped in to handle the final details. Zee was absolutely amazing, managing the paperwork with incredible efficiency while keeping the mood light and stress-free. Both Ali and Zee demonstrated a level of integrity and genuine care that is truly rare in the automotive industry, turning what is usually a grueling process into an absolute pleasure. Overall, my time at Zarvo Motors exceeded all of my expectations thanks to this phenomenal team. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle and a dealership that treats you like family, do yourself a favor and ask for Ali and Zee. They are absolute rockstars, and they have earned my customer loyalty for many years to come.

Rocky Mountain Eurosport ParkerReviews
Rocky Mountain Eurosport Parker review
I would totally recommend Leon with Rocky Mountain Eurosport. He was so patient with me and my situation. I had been in a 5 car collision and was still pretty shaken up by the whole thing. With all the obstacles during the process, Leon was so helpful and not pushy. I appreciate his kindness as well as everyone else involved, Wes, Carlton and Brandon, if I’m remembering names correctly…. it was pretty late. 🙂 All in all, these guys made the experience pleasant. Thank you!!!

Ultimate Powersports review
I had a great experience at Ultimate Powersports. Chaz and Connor helped me every step of the way and made purchasing my vehicle a breeze! I will definitely be back when I am in the market for a vehicle again, they're not like your typical dealership and you can tell they take pride in what they do.

I want to commend Saeed and the other staff who helped me purchase and stand behind the 2015 JEEP Wrangler I bought in September. They were accessible when I needed their help and on my side when I had a problem with getting repairs covered by a 3rd Party repairs warranty I purchased.

Auto Boutique Texas review
It was a real pleasure working with Mo Hazzal and his team. Morgan the assigned sales associate did a tremendous job for us, from A to Z. From there we became friends. This great atmosphere has triggered our willingness, my wife and I, to do business with this merchant on a continuous basis.
