I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from Dan at Precision fleet in Peoria. From the beginning to the end I felt no pressure to buy or any of the typical big dealer pressure. MJ has a deep understanding of cars in general and Mercedes Benz in particular. My husband's father was a mechanic and my family had an agricultural business that maintained its own vehicles and tractors; so our questions were pretty detailed. MJ was able to intelligently answer all of our concerns. (She mentioned growing up in her family's automotive business). Since we were trading in a 2010 E 350, we appreciated MJ's ability to detail the upgrades we were looking at in the 2016 GLE 350 we ended up purchasing. The actual negotiating and purchasing portion of our day was remarkably smooth and pain free - especially compared to some vehicles (BMW) we've purchased in the past. We noticed the little things as well - like offering drinks and seeing to our comfort, AND giving us time to discuss things privately.

My wife and I had an Excellent experience working with Richard Rollnick , Sales and Leasing Consultant for Schumacher Mercedes Benz in Scottsdale, AZ in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I can not say enough about the professional manner by which Richard conducted himself throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about his products, a gentleman at all times and most important was a good listener. He listened to our needs and interests and then directed us in the best buying direction for us.
I would highly recommend Richard Rollnick as the best person in AZ to work with to purchase a new or used Mercedes Benz.
This is the 3rd car I bought from Richard. He is so great to work with and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new or used car and will go back to him when I'm in the market to get my next car.

I arrived to the beautiful facility and was greeted by well dressed and refined sales people who directed me to Lou's office. Lou welcomed me, got right to business, and directed other team members to ensure that the sales process went efficiently.

After realizing the type and model of car I wanted to own, I then went ad and dealer shopping. I ended up at Fiat of No. Scottsdale looking and driving the perfect car for me! It was at a great price for a very slightly used car. These guys put a lot of work effort together to make the deal work, yet it was done with ease! Amazing work!
We went into the dealership and said we were looking for a new S class Mercedes. We were assisted by salesman Richard Rollnick who ended up spending several hours with us over a couple of days. We followed up with this experience by special ordering a car from Stuttgart to our exact specifications. Throughout this period Richard worked with us patiently and without sales pressure and probably without knowing if we were even serious customers. Later, when we took delivery of the car, we got a 4-hour tutorial to explain all of the features of the vehicle. We had a good experience and would recommend this dealership.
