This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! The buying of our new 2026 Suburban was a good experience. Everyone we met and dealt was polite and professional. Our salesman, Patrick, and sales manager, James, worked to give us a deal we were comfortable with. We asked to have the new tires off our trade-in Suburban put on our new purchase. Patrick arranged for that to happen the next day. The service representative, Tina, was kind and polite and explained that a loaner car had been set up for me. The only negative I would say is that the service department scheduling was off. I dropped my car off at 10 am, as requested. It was 1:30 pm when I got the call that the work was starting. It was only 2 hours later that I got the call that it was finished. All was good with the tire exchange. I felt that I wasted an entire day waiting on a 2 hour job.

But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.

Was looking for a hard to find mid size pickup with manual transmission and found one here at a good price. Kevin was very good to deal with and made the buying process very pleasant. No pressure. Was surprised a 30 day warranty was included since most dealers of this type mostly sell “as is”. Drove truck 150 miles home and for several weeks with no issues. Dealer fee is very reasonable and Kevin actually knocked the price down to where the fee was basically waived. I was impressed with their inventory - they appeared to have only quality used vehicles.
