Andrew Wagner was fantastic throughout my mom's car shopping experience. Raul Ayala was also great because he speaks Spanish and made us feel very comfortable. The guys sent us videos with more details anytime we had a question. The huge bow on the car and the specialized note inside made my momma smile from ear to ear. I highly recommend these guys!
Adam is always so helpful when we bring our cars and van in. I was so confused on setting the time on my van and Adam was helpful enough to set the time and walk us through how to reset it. It was very busy when we came in and Adam took time out of his day to make sure we were taken care of. Small gestures go along way with me and I???d be happy to come back

Leased a 2019 GLC and Jackie Nasser provided exceptional service from start to finish. Her knowledge , professionalism and attention to detail set her high above any other car salesperson I have worked with. The process was fast and efficient, and she delivered on every expectation I had. Wonderful experience.

I truly enjoyed buying the car from Andrew Wagner. Raul Ayala and Christian Garcia were also wonderful. The service I received and the personal attention was top-notch. Every detail was taken care of beyond my satisfaction. I did not feel pressured in anyway but rather the car and customer service sold me on buying a new Mercedes...the car of my dreams! I purchased my CLA 250 in 2017. It is a wonderful car and my salesman Jason Hung was excellent.
I took my car in for regular service and recall. My service manager was Brian Edwards. I cant say enough good things about him- professional, service oriented, and very knowledgeable. I can see why he received the award (a robot).
The other person who deserves recognition is Mike - the service department manager who greets you when you drive up. Ive bought Jaguar and Mercedes at the old Pasadena location and worked with him there.

I got my 2016 C300 last weekend. Joseph Ovesepyan was the salesperson and his sales manger Willy Chia helping me w the purchase. He's very friendly, patient and helpful. Will definitely refer him to my friends and family! The experience was more pleasant than I expected. The entire transaction/negotiation was very smooth and hassle free. No back and forth, straight to the point which I like. Didn't waste time at all!
Peter Liew is undoubtedly the best. I've been leasing my MB cars from Peter Liew for the last 12 years. Each and every time, Peter goes out of his way to make the leasing process as smooth and as easy as possible. He knows exactly the model, color, and the amenities I want in the car. The fact that Peter remembers my car preference when I only see him when the lease is due, which is every 3 - 4 years, never ceases to amaze me. That is exemplary customer service. Recently, I did another lease with Peter and brought along our 4 year old daughter. Peter went out of his way to speed up the leasing process so that we could take our daughter to the nearby mall's playground before it got too late. Peter truly cares for his clients and strives to provide the best customer service. I've recommended Peter highly to my friends and they also love him. a reminder, when you tell me that it will not take but another 25 minutes for an update, that is fine, but when you come back to me 2-3 times, that is not fine, that should have been on another service day.
My recent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch on account of my newly leased 2019 GLC 300 is just as good as it could get. Thus far truly professional to the brand name and like their follow-through in particular be it pre or post execution of the lease. The onboarding process was seamless and Sales Representative Sean Roslon has been a pleasure to deal with...seasoned and well-accommodative unlike some of those with cavalier attitude in my prior experience!
