Extremely Happy working with Mary Kodak with both our family cars purchases. Looking forward to purchasing a SUV with Mary as soon as the one we're looking for is available. First purchase was a 2016 E350 and the second was a 2017 S550. Mary made us feel cared for and was extremely efficient. Very happy with Mary

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Northstar Mitsubishi review
I brought my BMW X5 from this place I must say my experience with these guys especially Branden was very professional, I found these guys has being trust worthy and very cooperative the went beyond the closing time to make sure I got my vehicle the very day even though I got there around 1& 1/2 hour before closing time ...I got there @ around 6:25 pm and the was supposed to closed @8pm...Thanks to Branden and José ( I hope I got his name right) And finally and most importantly the price that the advertised for their vehicle will be the price you will pay , not like others who will tell you the advertised price is after you pay down 20%..I will definitely recommend North Star Mitsubishi to you.

Great riding car and easy to handle. Almost drives itself! This is my fifth E Class Mercedes, and they have all been reliable, safe cars. Lots of electronics in this one!

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
When one thinks of a Mercedes-Benz or the "Mercedes Experience", I believe it is this car that inspires the brand. Beautiful inside and out, an absolute pleasure to drive, fast with great 4matic handling and a luxurious cabin that leaves nothing to be desired. I did get my 2020 when the 2021's became available, but I stuck with the 2020 because I find this model year to be more sleek and elegant while the 2021 refresh is too stout looking for me (I also like the steering wheel in the 2020 too).

My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. In a couple of short hours they had me insured, new plates and driving home in a beautiful silver 2012 Chevy Malibu. Thank you Martin and the wonderful staff of Major World. Sincerely, Anthony Ferrara

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex Hernandez during my car-buying process, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Alex was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure or pushy sales tactics.

Silver Star Motors review
I’ve had several disappointing experiences with Silver Star Mercedes-Benz during my previous visits, so I truly appreciate receiving exceptional service this time. Beatriz handled my concerns with professionalism, patience, and a genuinely positive attitude. Her excellent customer service made a significant difference in my overall experience. Beatriz is a great example of how customers should be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I sincerely hope Silver Star recognizes employees like her and continues to build a team with the same high standards. Unfortunately, poor attitudes from some staff members can negatively affect the dealership’s reputation. and i wish then to get fired immediately BR, Oliver

Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc. review
Best experience and fastest total transaction I’ve had in my car buying experience. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour today – I’ve spent more time in Home Depot buying a grill. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan and Gregory.

Helms Bros., Inc. review
I went to Helms for my birthday to get myself a birthday gift where I was assisted by Maurice Martin who was so pleasant, patient, informative and super helpful. I've actually never had such great customer service in my life. I purchased my dream car, a white C300 4MATIC and I couldn't be any more happier with the service and help that I was given. I couldn't thank Maurice enough, he was such an amazing sales person. I also worked with Reggie when it was time to deal with the financial part of the process and he was very pleasant, helpful and informative as well. Not to mention, the atmosphere was also extremely pleasant and clean. Everyone who worked there that I came across was very nice and welcoming. I advise you to visit Helms Bros in Bayside if you're looking for a new ride. These people are awesome!

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. 2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership, etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I flew in from out of state to purchase a used EV. Jon Levin was a great salesperson, he had the car completely charged and could not have been more helpful and friendly, even with the massive Saturday morning crowd. They offered various extra charges but didn't push when I said "no thanks" - so thanks for the great service and the great vehicle at a fair price!

Mercedes-Benz of Goldens BridgeReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge review
I recently purchased a pre-certified Mercedes-Benz from Victor Varga, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Victor demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle. He provided detailed information about the car’s history, inspection process, and certification standards. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, making me feel confident in my purchase. The car itself was in immaculate condition, exactly as advertised, and came with a comprehensive warranty that added peace of mind. What stood out most was Victor’s dedication to customer service. He guided me through the financing process with clarity and ensured all paperwork was handled smoothly. Even after the sale, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Victor Varga if you are looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable professional to help you find a pre-certified Mercedes-Benz. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched.
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
It’s a great driving experience. Very comfortable. Someone put it in my mind that 4 cylinder in-line won’t be powerful but the turbo doesn’t disappoint. It’s start to 60km/h may feel abit sluggish but if you like that then amg is for you. I personally love the cabin.
