Mercedes-Benz of South BayReviews
Mercedes-Benz of South Bay review
Buying a new car should be fun but often now it has become a boring chalenge .... Noticeably Mercedes Benz of South Bay is still highly selective for its Sales and marketing team . My experience with Monika T. and Chris M. was simply remarkable ; Courteous , professional and straight forward very rare qualities nowadays . Thanks to them buying a Mercedes is still a special treat .
2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
Smoothest ride ever. You feel safe in this car and your overall visibility is great. Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

Mercedes-Benz of Valencia review
I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van from Valencia Mercedes Benz Dealership, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. Ethan Zinshteyn and Sales Manager Daniel Medina provided exceptional service from start to finish. Ethan was incredibly knowledgeable about the Sprinter Van and took the time to understand my specific needs. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured I was comfortable with my decision. His professionalism and attention to detail made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Daniel Medina, the Sales Manager, also played a pivotal role in my purchase. He worked diligently to secure the best possible deal and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with every aspect of the transaction. His commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The team at Valencia Mercedes Benz Dealership exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend Ethan Zinshteyn, Daniel Medina, and the entire dealership for anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz. Their dedication to excellence and customer service is unmatched!

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
I had a great car buying experience thanks to Mona at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. I found the SUV online, and she guided me through financing and the down payment without me ever needing to be there in person. Everything went so smoothly. Highly recommend!
2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
Just got the 2023 gla 250 4matic. It’s good looking inside and out and drives very well, comfortable and sporty in perfect combination. My only knock would be the front seats seem a little small. You have to do a lot of option thinking to get exactly what you want and are willing to pay for but otherwise a good value.

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
Mona (Sales) was very helpful, friendly, informative and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. David (Manager) helped to fill in the gaps and provide me with better photos than were online?so appreciated. Wael (Finance) topped off the purchase by explaining all of the finance (yawn) info in a much less boring way! All in all?I was very hesitant to purchase online and then go pick up the car that I wanted. This team made my car purchase a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
I cant say enough positive things about MB of Calabasas. The car is beautiful. I flew in from out of town and they set up everything for a smooth purchase experience. They lined up the financing at reasonable terms. They weren't to aggressive on warranties and did a nice job explaining the value of a product/service. Everyone i met at the dealership, from the Gen Manager, to FI Manager and sales woman were professional and articulate. The best car perchase experience ever.

Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch review
Honestly, such a great experience here. Everything was super smooth and easy, and the team was really helpful without being pushy. Mossy and Arno were especially great to work with. I felt taken care of the whole time. Everything was handled really well.

We just purchased our second Mercedes from Tommy Tran at Fletcher Jones Newport Beach, CA. The showroom is the nicest I've ever been in. Tommy is full of energy and made us feel like VIP's on both car deals. He is our go to car guy!

CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

Mercedes-Benz of OntarioReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Ontario review
Where do I even begin? I met Thomas Cervantes in 2022 when he was working at Monrovia BMW, and we connected right from the start. We share very similar personalities, and from day one, he treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Between 2022 and 2023, I purchased seven BMW cars and SUVs from Thomas. As God is my witness, this is a true statement and an honest review. Every transaction was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable because of him. When Thomas moved to Mercedes-Benz in Ontario, I followed him without hesitation. That’s how much trust and confidence I have in him. He is one of those rare individuals who genuinely cares about people. His kindness, charisma, honesty, and positive attitude make him truly unique. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, you can never go wrong with Thomas. He goes above and beyond for his customers and makes the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thomas, if you’re reading this message, I want you to know how much I appreciate you. I love you dearly, my friend, and I am grateful for all your help, kindness, and support throughout the years. May God bless you always.
