Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of Ashlie, John, Liz, Kyle, Steve, and the entire team show their commitment to a great buying experience. I have to say this was my best experience at a dealership ever. As a woman I have always experienced salesmen acting like I’m stupid or acting like they know more than me. And this was the opposite of my experience here. So even though I went in guns blazing (as you usually have to) very quickly I realized we were in good hands. We had the pleasure of working with John Cooper on a new Range Rover Sport and the whole process was so easy and fast. There were no games, no switch ups. I said what I wanted for my trade. The interest rate I wanted (which is 1.9 right now!) and that was that. He also had so much knowledge on the car and showing us how everything worked. He helped us set the car to all our preferences and we drove off in less than 2 hours. And a large portion of that was going to pick up the car we were trading in. We will absolutely refer everyone we know.
