After reading the crappy reviews of the Toyota dealership (Lexus is the sister store) I was a bit wary of going there, but I saw a really good deal on a used suv, so I made contact with Matt with internet sales. I had nothing but a nice experience. He was personable and answered all of my questions. He had a good personal knowledge of Toyota products and what he said matched what research I had done before I walked in the place. So I felt better knowing he wasn’t trying to xx me. Everyone there was friendly and I didn’t get the sharks desperate for a sale vibe. Sad other people haven’t had the same experience I had.

I am being purchasing cars from Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek as far back as 2015-16. I work with the same sales person Bao N. He comes through all the time. Just purchased a vehicle from him today and as usual went out of his way to make sure I get the type of deal I was looking for. He was patient despite mine and my wife's demands, and got us the right car. At one point during the process, he told us to go have lunch while he works on figuring out how to meet our numbers.
