We recently began the process of trading in our 2023 Honda Pilot Elite in hopes of finding something newer, more fuel-efficient, and with a lower monthly payment. After several test drives and some negotiations, we were thrilled to drive away in a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 Mild Hybrid with the AMG Package. What made the experience truly exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Gabriel Echegaray. Gabriel absolutely saved the day! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and is a tremendous asset to Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. Our experience was so positive that my parents are now considering bringing in their Mercedes-Benz for maintenance and may even explore upgrading to a newer model in the future. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
This is my 3rd Benz. It is my favorite of them all. 1st was an e-class sedan, very nice, 2nd was e-class convertible, now the suv. I am a big guy 6-2, 280 and I have plenty of room. I have have not had one problem at all. It is very roomy, even for me. It has very good power, especially for the size and weight..over 4600 lbs. That also makes me feel very safe. And when I go on the Highway from DC to NY I always get over 23 mpg!!

Bought a 2017 GLE 350 with 3.5 V6 Engine in 2020 with 36800 Miles on ODO. Fast forward to 2026. 6 Year later Still runs with no mechanical issues, current ODO is 104,000 Miles. The electrical issue i had was a tailgate liftgate needed to be replaced around 90000 miles.
